10/10 experience every time! Bestie and I feel so safe here, all the staff are observant and making sure everyone is safe all the time. Tonight after close Jared was so kind as to let me in to use the washroom! So many thanks to all the staff at The Liquid Zoo.

It’s unfortunate that the men who run Liquid Zoo are so rude and disrespectful (because the dancers are true pole artists) it completely taints what could otherwise be a fun night out. We had just settled in and were watching the first performance when the experience took a turn for the worse: a clearly overserved man (still being served by the establishment) turned and vomited head to toe on two of our friends. The staff’s reaction? Instead of taking responsibility or even offering basic decency, they called us hostile for calmly asking for our cover charge back after the incident (after being there for 10 minutes total). Ask them for video footage evidence if you will.

Not only was the performance ruined, but the lack of professionalism, empathy, or accountability from the staff was shocking. It’s one thing for something unexpected to happen in a nightlife setting, it’s another entirely when the venue refuses to make it right. Save your money and go somewhere that treats patrons with basic respect.

Five stars for Bri our bottle service server and sean the security both were beyond kind, caring and attentive. We are from the lower mainline and will definitely be coming back after such great service! Thank you both

Hello ,my name is Stephen .I popped into the club 6 months ago and met the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my entire life.Her name was Jade. She was one of the Vip girls. Society judges exotic dancers and strip clubs for all the wrong reasons. I've been traveling 4 hours away to come to the liquid zoo for all the right reasons on a regular basis. Jade has a big heart, a deep soul, very professional, very funny, well educated,classy, and so beautiful it's hard to put into words.All the staff has been very polite and professional so it's a great place to enjoy life. Labeling a strip club as a lousy place to be is just not true. When I spend an evening at the liquid zoo and hang out with Jade I feel very grateful as it's not about getting pissed drunk or seeing a woman bent over. It's about getting to know the person behind the naked body. Great place , Jade gets the employee of the month so put up a plaque behind curtain #2 , lol!

Selina has only met me a few times but has always been amazing right from the get go! She remembers my drink and is always so friendly! Best experience at a night club hands down!

Chris is the best DJ at the country bar. I love him. Whenever hes playing I have the best experience ever. 100/10 recommend

The zoo in Kelowna is the perfect mix of simple country. Crazy adult entertainment and gold music. in my travels have I never been so welcomed after a few minutes. Malayana was the perfect combination of sweet. Funny . NO Cap as the kids say. She's a dime and the zoo is dope

Many good memories at the zoo, you got strippers and a country bar all in the same place! Double thumbs up! Lindsey, Selina, Micheal and the crew are the best.
