Talking to the staff feels interrupting a group of high school girls at their lockers, you’re an inconvenience and they’re doing you a favour. Needed an avy airbag and was going to buy online but thought better to support a local store. The girl at the counter looked at me like a peasant when I asked if they’d throw in a $25 mug with the $2000 pack.

The salesman kept giving attitude to all my questions about the gear. Even when I didn't like something because of my experience with the equipment he would just shut me down and tell how it was without properly informing. Much self opinion instead of seeing what the customer wanted and using proper sales tactics to inform and educate the customer. When we left the store everyone with me couldn't believe I just stayed calmed after all the attitude

Without question the best customer service! Every time I go into Local Supply Co the staff are engaging, positive and always available to help. Whether it be for clothing, shoes, skateboards and snowboards (including tune ups and repairs) they always go above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough and they are always my families #1 for our lifestyle needs. Rad Mom

I'm super impressed with Local Supply Co. Ordered a pair of skins through their online store and received confirmation that the order was ready for shipping 30 minutes later. By 35 minutes after ordering Canada Post had received the package at the post office. I've never had something shipped so quickly.

It arrived promptly and it was great to see that they reuse boxes for shipping. Despite reusing a box everything was shipped securely.
