I have stayed at Lochiel several times and each time was consistently excellent. The rooms are cosy and clean, but it’s the breakfasts, too. Walking downstairs to a beautifully set dinner table with the friendly host as chef, not only is the table full of goodies and excellent coffee served in china cups, but you can also order one of two delicious breakfasts. It’s difficult to choose because both choices are amazing. I enjoy sitting on the back porch as well or in front of the fireplace in the living room. Would highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay. Extremely comfortable room and bed. En suite bathroom. Lots of nice extras such as a wall of DVDs; a fridge stocked with complimentary canned drinks and juices; coffee tea maker in the room; soaps and shampoos… a large pool table downstairs. A seating area outside. Excellent breakfast included. Very nice hosts. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed there last night. Lovely old home (farmer Doctor's residence). Comfortable bed. large room with en suite bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Pleasant hosts. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again

Just returned from another lovely stay at Lochiel B&B. This is a gem, a block from the Main Street. The rooms are generously sized, clean, comfortable and quiet - each with its own full ensuite. There is a Keurig in the room, and a fridge in the hallway with water etc. The breakfasts are delicious with two choices available as well as scones or cinnamon buns. There is a lovely common room if needed and quiet back porch. Lots of parking available too. Hosts Gail and Steve are both lovely. We are repeat guests and will be back again.

Amazing B&B!! Super comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and the MOST amazing breakfast that my 14 year old, self professed "picky", son had the entire trip to Canada :). Gail and Steve were lovely hosts going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank YOU! We will be back.

First time we stayed at Locheil B & B. Was definitely a great place. Charming century home that is warm and inviting. Room was spacious, comfortable with ensuite. Had everything you needed and more. Breakfast with the beautifully set table, surrounded by gorgeous antique furniture was amazing. Gail and Steve were gracious and friendly. Will definitely recommend Locheil B & B and we will be back.

Loved, loved, loved it! Our best stay out of 4 that we tried in a week of driving around the area. Wonderful hosts and the breakfast was fantastic (including the takeaway cinnamon buns!!). We stayed in the Rose room and we loved it; the bed was really comfortable. Nice touches like a stocked drinks fridge for guests (not alcohol) and plenty of space to hang out, including a pool table (!). Highly recommended B&B!
