Hi there... I was at Salon for the first time a few days ago..last Monday and it was fine except the bed is broken and doesn't work the way should be ? is closes completely too close to the face and body ...making impossible to move /heavy/ and breath...just much to close...your'e crushed ...should it be fixed?
On my second visit same bed I used ..I was holding with my hands because it was again too close ...crushing you!
the woman who works there said the is fine? I guess she didn't understand me or what?...Yes this bed need to be fix it.../and she told me I can't use my own" tanning Lotion?...
I didn't see any information about this...You Can't Use own lotion..You need to buy it from Us and use it are products
Oh well...I never experienced this because always used my own favourite lotion" and I did...by the way I got some special" for my face /spray from Dermatologist for skin discolouration /which I need to use all the time...summer days and I did...She was really angry about it and told me it was warning "for me...I guess I can't do that anymore...and I need to buy products from them...which is really $...no samples /other salons offering some samples then you can decide it which one" is the right for you?/so I hard to buy expensive bottle if you don't even know if is the right for you as well?...I guess sample in that place is $ 10 little bit over price...1/2 is the right price to try on?...Anyways is nice place....clean as well...maybe some nice relaxing music ..

I had the opportunity to experience the new Wellness & Tanning salon located at Meadowtown Center. Ive tried the 1050 Opensun Tanning bed , the bulbs are new cause i walked out of there with a darker shade to my skin. I had the chance to use the new fitness cocoon and the Halo Infrared therapy sauna, these are new to my health regiment but i will be incorporating these to my well being. The cocoon is like a vibrating recliner with heat and infrared light therapy, the longest you can go is 30 min, i feel asleep during my session ,that’s how relaxing it is . I also had a chance to try out the Infrared sauna, the longest you can stay in is 30 min, they pre-heated the sauna and it reach a temp of 120 F or 48 Celsius while i was in there, the temp adjustment are in the cabin for your use and the colour therapy is at your control. I have to say it was nice of them to provide the water when your in there and it has Bluetooth speakers for you to link up to, I don’t know if it helped with my sore back but i walked out of there feeling better but not 100%. My overall take on this new salon is the staff is helpful and knowledgeable and are certified and the salon is new and clean . Happy with my experience.

This is honestly the best place to come to. The equipment options are the best and not all found elsewhere... some amazing beds that do alot more then just tan. The machines and common area are always kept so clean... now for the staff, I've only had the pleasure of dealing with Caitlynne and Emilly and let me tell you. Very knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. Always a big smile on there face when you walk in and they greet you by your name. Makes one feel very special. I highly recommend this place. From what I see. It's starts from the top and clearly this is a 5 star establishment.

I tried extremely hard to get in touch with this place for two weeks. They did not respond to emails, Facebook messaging… sometimes they answer the phone during working hours (they answered once out of four times I called). The woman I spoke to yesterday gave me the wrong information and I wasted almost an hour of my time driving to and from this place for a service and the machine was unavailable (booked for a few hours). The lady that was working there seemed busy as she was the only one working and honestly wasn’t very helpful when she gave me a link to re-book that did not work. They don’t respond to texts either as I texted the number she texted me from explaining my issues and there still hasn’t been a response. I give up!!!

*By the owner’s response below, it looks like they clearly don’t care about the customer’s experience either. Usually the owner receiving a constructive review will call, email or something to sort out the situation. Instead she cancelled the appointment that I FINALLY managed to book! I tried really hard with this place and was willing to give them a chance after calling again and getting their booking system sorted. I am a forgiving person and did not want to give up on this business.

The one thing the owner, Cassi, said below that is right: there are lots of other places to choose from! That’s one reason why I don’t get why she reacted like this. But I’d rather give my business to a professional business that actually cares! Now I know why I’ve never heard of this place after living here for almost two decades. I thought I found a hidden gem to recommend- unfortunately not.

I write these reviews with the intention of helping other potential customers, and to rave about amazing service I have received.

Now the owner is asking her friends to spam the page with 5-star reviews and she obviously didn’t tell them the whole story because what I’m seeing on Facebook doesn’t reflect my review. What are reviews for if you can’t give your honest experience? And then the owner will subsequently try and drown out your review by asking her friends to post positive reviews? Wow.

Hopefully others will have a better experience than me. If not, at least you know you’re not alone.

Loft is great! If you are new to tanning or just looking to get out of the mainstream tanning salons they are a great choice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its always clean and they have continued to increase their selection of tanning and wellness experiences since I started going. I have not tried them all yet! But look forward to soon!

Loft Tan and Wellness is absolutely amazing! They have thought through all the small details. I was promptly greeted and welcomed when walking through the doors. I had the loveliest conversation with the ladies working there which made me feel very supported and uplifted. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back to try the rest of their tanning and wellness beds.

Loft Tanning and Wellness is by far the best tanning salon in our town, I am so happy to have discovered them. The first time I went I was given a tour, the staff were/are not only friendly but extremely helpful and knowledgeable they had answer’s for all of my question's. The atmosphere in the place is great, it’s always been extremely clean every time I’ve gone in for a tan. and the prices are amazing. I highly recommend Loft!
