Personnel désagréable, nous sommes sorti pour fumer dehors, une fois que nous voulions rentrer les videurs ne nous acceptent plus. Sachant que nous avions acheté une bouteille qui se situait à l’intérieur qui venait juste d’être ouverte. Résultat c’est du vol !! Surtout que les prix sont très excessifs.
Nous avions dû batailler juste pour récupérer nos vestes qui étaient au vestiaire.
Si vous voulez passer une bonne soiree vous ne vous trouvez pas au bon endroit.

Lost and Found was by far the worst nightlife experience I’ve ever had. This was my first (and definitely last) time going. From the moment I entered, I was shocked not only was the venue unclean and unimpressive, but I was charged a $20 cover fee plus a coat check fee.

Moments after paying, I went to the washroom and was stopped by security who told me I couldn’t wear a muscle shirt inside due to the club’s “dress code.” In 2025, this kind of outdated and sexist enforcement is unacceptable. I was told I either had to leave or get my coat back. Not once was I informed about any dress code when I checked my coat why wasn’t this mentioned before taking my money?

To make matters worse, the security staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. When I brought this up with the coat check attendant, they shrugged it off, saying it was “just policy.” Meanwhile, women in spaghetti strap tops were allowed in without issue clear double standards that reflect sexist and discriminatory rules.

On top of that, the drinks were $15 each and honestly tasted terrible. We stayed maybe 10 minutes before deciding to cut our losses and leave. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Save yourself the frustration this place is overpriced, poorly managed, and clearly stuck in the past. I’ll never return, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids it too.

Tried going there tonight with my girlfriend who’s well known along with all her social media friends, got near the extensions lined up to get yelled at by a female guard outside yelling no durags, not even politely telling me “sorry we don’t allow durags inside” even after I tried offering to keep it in my pocket or anywhere else or even if they can hold it for me and all the security outside looked at me with disgust and no respect to help me at all with a solution. I’ve worked security for 10 years in every event space possible have worked over 5,000 venues and ran 5 venues as head of security for 4 years. This is by far the worse security I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone of them needs retraining and The ministry and see if these guys are even licensed or legit. These guys don’t have no regard or care what’s so ever and all this when there’s no line up and it’s dead. I have 160 million reach on Facebook and Instagram and to decline me for a durag and force me to walk 30mins to my car and back is insane and imagine wasting all this money on 6 security talking to each other outside and not working

Absolutely terrible. The security and door people are probably the most cantankerous individuals I've ever met. I understand the nuances they must face on a daily, however if someone is simply being polite, you don't need to be rude and dismissive. Asking basic questions was like pulling teeth.

I was beyond polite AND TIPPED THEM which was met with hostility. Would not recommend going here. First and last time I will ever enter into that gutter of a bar.

I will say though the bartenders inside were really sweet. Rest of security needs some hospitality training and learn how to smile here and there.

The worse security in the city. The club was open until 4 am me and my gf went for 2:30 am a lady security told us to get our id which we then did. I live 5 minutes away from the club. We came back with our ids then she told us that the club is now closed. There was not a single person outside beside us. I work in the Industry myself and I’ve never seen a treatment like this. Never coming back. White female security please get a different job. You are the most miserable person I’ve ever met. If you told us the club would be closing in 5 minutes we’d never come back. You told us to get our physical id which we did. If there was a negative star i definitely would put.

This is the worst club I’ve ever been too. The staff and bouncers are extremely rude and have no respect for people. We bought 2 booths and bought 4 bottles and 2 hours later, they told us we needed to buy another bottle or they will kick us out, this is such a scam and they don’t know how to run a business. I’ve never felt so disrespectful in my life. To go outside and come back in, we need to wait in line again in the freezing cold and bouncers when they are checking you, they are extremely handsy. Half the way through the night we were not allowed to get back into the club because we were going in and out too much when mind you, we went outside twice.

I do not recommend this club to anyone.

My gf and I are out of the city. We came by at 2 and had our id on our phones since we didn’t want to lose our physical passports. The white lady at the front told us to get our physical id which we then did since we stayed downtown for the night. Our air b and b was 5 minutes away and we came back she then told us that the club was closed. We are not that desperate to get into a club but if she told us that it would be closed in 5 minutes we’d never come back. We both work in the industry and have great regulars and we’d never come back to this place. She was so rude and unreasonable. I’m not sure if she was drunk or not but this is very embarrassing for a nightlife in Toronto.

Great music but the bouncers secure this place like the Buckingham Palace like girlie I’m just trying to get into the club. Got a booth and got stamps. Left for a smoke break and they made us go back in line despite having already being inside paying ++ money for a booth and having our wrist stamps!! I’ll never come back here again. Worst club I’ve been to in Toronto.
