If you need a quick quality oil change, do not hesitate to take your vehicle to this oil change location. I went there for an oil change on my Ram 1500 4x4 and received excellent service. The individuals that work there were knowledgeable, efficient, and on top of that, super friendly and professional. Will be back whenever an oil change is due on my vehicles.

Fast & Affordable!

I’ve been coming to this shop for the past three years for all my oil changes and maintenance needs. As a younger female who doesn’t know much about cars but values safety on the road, I always feel more than comfortable here. The team is consistently welcoming and happy to help, never making me feel judged for asking questions. Their professionalism and kindness make this the only place I’ll trust with my car as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend!

Very great service here! Oil change in 20 minutes at 920 on a Saturday morning. No attempts to upsell, only educated us and allowed us to make our own decisions! Very nice people. Washrooms, coffee and water available during the wait. $150 for specialty synthentic oil change.

I’ve come to the place for at least 6-7 oil changes in the past 5 years. Great service. I like that some of the workers drive the same vehicles as me.
BUT. The last time I came, this past Saturday, two guys I had never seen before said my car was too low and that it wasn’t going to fit over the yellow ramp part. This is a blatant lie considering that amount of times I’ve been there. These employees clearly didn’t want to do any work on this Saturday afternoon. I drove to red deer to go to the place I went BEFORE I made the decision to use Lube City in blackfalds and I guess I’ll continue going to the red deer location in my car “won’t fit”

was my first time going here, they didn't go above and beyond by any means, the place i normally go in red deer checks all air filters, lights, all other fluids, it's a whole work up and well worth the money! (lube city cost more, for less)
they also told me my vehicle had to have a synthetic oil filter, which is a lie, for an unnecessary upcharge. won't be going back!

Lacombe lube stop was busy, desperately needed an oil change so we went to Blackfalds, seen Lube City, figured we'd give it a go. 😀 best decision ever. Nice gentleman working. Very clean and nice atmosphere. I've never been to an oil change place that offered us coffee and or Water and said we don't have to sit in our car while they work on it so that was a nice extra touch! Definitely will be back in the future!!

The service was good, the prices are misleading, oil change for Synthetic said $129.99, but ended up being $155.00, so that’s false advertising, if there is gonna be added charges, then put it in there for the total for an oil change.
