It was ok the guy was kind of rude ginger chicken was stringy tasted good rice was bla. He would not let me substitute the steamed rice for fried on the combo even with a up charge

Ordered here and was highly disappointed when you pay $100 for a meal and half of it comes over cooked all fried food ways over cooked and then the rice and chicken chow mein weren’t cooked long enough chowmeinw was not even edible . Will be sticking to the other place in town

Been consistently ordering from Lucky Palace for over 5 years. The food is always great. No complaints. Chinese food is amazing. The vermicelli is amazing. Ginger chicken, sweet and sour chicken balls and salt and pepper shrimp are some of our go-to dishes. Great work, Lucky Palace!

My husband and I had takeout here for the first time yesterday. we were both super happy with the food and will continue to support this restaurant when we want Chinese food. I enjoyed that the saucy dishes like ginger beef weren't just heavily battered meat in a soup of sauce. The food was flavorful and and the portions were large.

I ordered in house, for take out…Owner served me.. he talked me out of ordering as much as I wanted.. which I was grateful for after I got the food.
I ordered 3 dishes: pineapple chicken balls, ginger beef, and Shanghai noodles..then spring rolls. It cost $69… I was SHOCKED at this price. The owner wouldn’t let me get Shanghai noodle with any pkg… told me I HAD to order everything individually.

Took 30 min, so not a bad time amount…when I got home… the chicken balls were burnt, the Shanghai noodle were over cooked and almost mush, the ginger beef was sooo burnt, and sauces-less, it was like chewing on beef jerky… the only thing that was good were the spring rolls…

I have never had Chinese food this bad before… and I paid $69..

While I was ordering my food, three customers walked in.. the owner rolled his eyes at each one that walked in..
don’t eat here. What a disappointment.

We ordered take out for Valentine’s Day and it was our first time eating the food from here and it is the last time. The ginger beef is like chewing on leather, the rice tasted strange, the spring rolls are a log of deep fried sogginess. The sweet and sour pork was brutal. An hour later I had an upset stomach and I’m spending my evening getting sick. I’m unimpressed. Ruined Valentine’s Day evening. Manager will be hearing from me.
