I’ve had massage therapy from Megan a lot in the past and there’s very few as good as her. If anyone asks I almost always recommend Megan especially for sports massage. Very detailed; is also very good at not missing tense spots.

I had a great Sunday night group class with Krista! I’ve done years of reformer Pilates and I felt this was a well rounded class, not too hard but not too easy either. Really great balance between stretching and restorative movements and more challenging strength movements. Krista gave lots of tips and adjustments on form. Would love to take another class here! It books out far in advance and only 3 reformers in the studio.

Had my first appointment today to relieve some discomfort brought on from pregnancy. I felt a little apprehensive as it was my first time seeing Kate but she was so kind and thorough and professional. A great asset to our community!

Dr. Courthard was wonderful. She asked the probing questions regarding the reason for my visit and listened attentively. She advised what she was going to do and why, checking in frequently about my comfort/pain response. She was also very encouraging about my participation and provided realistic expectations of what I could expect following treatment(ie. pain, stiffness etc.), and personal exercises to undertake between visits. I will happily return, it was that good!
