I went to see Sally Jo for a facial today and was completely satisfied and impressed with the service and the results. I'm so glad my daughter found Lululala! If you would like to experience relaxation and pampering, Sally Jo is knowledgeable, warm, professional and takes great care in providing the best customer experience! I tried the Age Radiance facial and my skin feels amazing and looks incredible! Glowing! If you want to be pampered, just go here and try it, you won't ever want to go anywhere else. I can't say enough good things about Lululala. 😊

Sally is amazing! Her studio is aesthetically pleasing and has a very calming atmosphere. This was my first time getting treatment for my back skin concerns, and she was incredibly thorough the entire treatment. She customized the products based on my specific needs, provided helpful recommendations for maintenance, and even gave me samples to try at home. She was so gentle during the treatment that I actually fell asleep. Highly recommend!

This little spa is a hidden gem in Langley.
I received a GC from my daughter and that’s how I discovered this little spa. I had the most amazing facial treatment yesterday. From start to finish Sally was very professional and definitely at the top of her game. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work you received. Sally was very knowledgeable about skin and her products. I normally don’t pamper myself with facials but now that I have had this experience I will definitely do it again. She doesn’t try to sell you products like most spas do. She educates and explains what you need to do to keep your skin in its optimum shape. Thank you so much Sally, This was my second time getting a facial here, and honestly, it just keeps getting better. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being cared for on a whole new level. The atmosphere was calm and grounding — they started with an essential oil breathing ritual that instantly set the tone and helped me let go of everything I walked in with.

The products used throughout the facial were clearly high quality — my skin felt nourished and balanced, not overwhelmed or irritated like it has with other treatments. And the hands! Her hands are incredibly soft and intuitive; every touch was gentle but purposeful, making the whole experience feel both luxurious and deeply relaxing.

The new larger spa room is great. I am beyond grateful for my experience with Sally. I have so far had 5 Swedish massages. I appreciated the clear communication, thoughtful/intentional treatment, hot towels, heated bed, relaxing music, and invitation to take deep breaths while inhaling aromas.

(I also booked the wrong service twice and she was so kind, made the modifications needed, and explained steps/options.)

The nail salon staff are also very nice.
Easy parking, large commercial lot.
