I booked a basic cleansing facial with Joanne, and it was great! The clinic is in a good location, ample of parking and it was a very clean office. It was quiet, and I felt very safe in the studio. There was a brief consultation at the beginning, where Joanne talked about my skin type and explained the procedure as it was my first time. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. During the facial, she was very thorough and my skin felt amazing after.
