I have been coming here for years for gel nails and today got a new set of tips and they blew my expectations out of the water. I gave my technician a photo of my nails from a few years ago and she did an even better job than the originals. So happy !!

Lustry nail bar in Fort Saskatchewan is heaven!!!! I have been a repeat client of theirs for almost 4 years and will continue to recommend and use them!
Ricki is my forever nail tech, his work is impeccable and he strives to do exactly what I ask him to do every single time! I can honestly say that I have never received exactly what I asked for, until Ricki started doing my nails! As a busy mum who only gets a small amount of time for such a luxury, I can say it is the best place to relax while also receiving exceptional service!
I was also pleasantly surprised today after my appointment with a full size hempz lotion as a customer appreciation Christmas gift!

I have been wanting to get my nails done in the Fort since I would like to find a salon closer to my house. I found this one when searching through google and thought I would try it. When first booking, I asked for prices and they didn’t give me any until I showed up for my appointment. I feel the pricing was fine for a basic manicure and pedicure.

I found the establishment bright and modern. I was sitting getting my nails done and hung my jacket on the back of the chair. During my appointment the girl who was doing my nails kept going on her phone, calling people, getting up to go talk to her co workers and not really being focused on the service I am paying for. It seemed she just wanted to get my appointment done and over with. She seemed to be ruff with my hands and feet. My cuticles can be quite dry and sensitive, so when I was getting my manicure she made my cuticle bleed and didn’t seem to care. When getting my pedicure, she would not tell me that she would be right back but just get up and walk away. I was not relaxed throughout my appointment. Her communication was quite poor as I did not know what was going on and why I was left alone in my chair.

Before leaving i found shavings from another nail tech all over my jacket from hanging it off a chair.

I spent around 100$ for both sets and when paying the nail tech that provided my services barely acknowledged me when I was paying. I am happy with the colours I chose but not happy with the customer service. I will be continuing to find another nail salon.

Myself and my daughter have been getting nails done by Anne for a while now... they are stunning each and every time. She always has great ideas to just make them shine even more then the idea we went in with. My fiance had a pedicure today by Tina and he loved it. There has never been a staff we have had at this location that hasn't been great!
