You HAVE to check out Luxury Nails & Beauty Spa! I chipped a nail, and they squeezed me in super fast. Everyone's so nice and quick, and the work is amazing. My nail was fixed in a flash, and it looks perfect, as always.

They have tons of colors, especially those DND polishes they're gorgeous. And they always have Friends on, which is a bonus! Seriously, if you need a great nail salon, this is it

I had expressed to the male owner or manager that I wasn’t happy with my nails. They are chunky, and the woman who did my nails didn’t even cover the whole nail. And on top of that she didn’t even bother to clean up around my nails afterwards. When I showed the owner all he said was “looks good to me” in a snobby attitude and proceeded to make me pay for a horrendous job, which ended up being $70 dollars for a fill and chrome. Originally it was only going to be $55. I have had chrome nails hundreds of times, and they have never turned out this way, but they blamed me for my nails turning out the way they did because I wanted chrome.

To the male owner, don’t even bother commenting with “sorry for your experience call us so we can make it right”… I talked to you in person, and you couldn’t shove the payment modem in my face fast enough. Terrible service.

The services was great! I always appreciate how much time they take trimming and cutting my cuticles!

For shellac and chrome, they also charge at a very reasonable price!

I would never come back. Rude service. I felt uncomfortable and like I wasn’t allowed to talk. A lot of people working would give you the dirtiest looks and then speak I their own language, which doesn’t make you feel welcomed/ makes you feel like they are talking about you. You have to pay way over ur bill if you use credit card and not debit which is not posted or told when you walk in. I got just shellac and I’m bleeding. Overall was more expensive vs most other nail salons because they go by length which please explain to me how I’m going to know the length cost. The ends of my nails are also super rough it’s not smooth— i will probably have to find somewhere else to get them fixed.

You won’t be me going back.

I visited Luxury Nails as I was given gift certificates and they did a great job. I went for a gel fill with a french manicure and it turned out beautiful. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed watching Friends Episodes while my nails Wr getting done 😊 I will 💯 be going back.

Staff was very friendly and educated on the different types of nails. They use real bio gel unlike a lot of places in Brantford. They went the extra mile on my fill and took care of my cuticles. They have the MOST colour options I have ever seen and the inside of the store is beautiful and clean.

So dissatisfied with this service that my sister, my sister’s friend and I have received! I received a pedicure and manicure. When Jenny painted my toes she did not ask me what shape I wanted my nails to be and if I liked the colour before continuing to do the rest of my toes. When I got my fingers done I told Cong what I wanted done and his response to me was “I’ll try”. My sister and my sister’s friend both got acrylic gel nails and sat at the front windows. They were laughed at and teased for not understanding something being said to them. The girls spoke in their own language and had no conversations with my sister or her friend. My sister’s nails are different sizes on each hand, crooked and not filed the same. The girl my sister had cut her finger with a tool and made it bleed. She did not do anything for her except for apologize repeatedly. None of the work spaces were cleaned or sterilized in between customers.
