I came here for a walk in pedicure and was extremely unsatisfied with the service. I have been before and had a good experience but after this I will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend! The tech burned me with the sander she was using the sander. The paint job was awful. I did try and ask the nail tech to paint the tips of my nails but she wasn’t able to get them to the point that I was satisfied with them. The nails were jagged and unshaped, spots of paint missing and while it was a small improvement from the original state, the skin on my toes and heels was still very rough. I’m not sure if it was the manager or owner, but she did offer to redo the job and I declined as I did not have the time. She offered 20% off which I didn’t think was fair. Seeing as the person in charge seemed to be in agreement with the tech, I decided it was worthless to continue to argue and ended up paying $40 for something a five year old could have done. While I recognize my feet are by far from the prettiest, I can promise this was by far the worst pedicure I have ever have and wouldn’t recommend going here. I still don’t feel that I should have had to pay at all. You can do a better job at home!!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I told them I still had callouses and they told me I don’t. Less than a week later and I’ve already booked another pedicure to fix what they did. All my nails are different shapes and sizes too. Would not recommend. I get a better job done for less than half the price anywhere else.

I received your reply that I would be reached out to to be offered a refund. I would accept this, but have not heard from anyone.

Called last minute to see if I could get an appointment that night and they stayed past there closing hours to fit me. He was very thorough in making sure the shape and color and design was good asking me throughout. Cute little salon with TV to watch. Will be back love my nails.

Had my nails done and they looked great. At the end though I felt like I was being rushed out because someone else came in looking for a pedicure without an appointment. I was getting finished up with the extra jewels and design. The paint on the design had been done crooked. That I understand. It was fixed. But anything that was painted on faded in less than a week. 3 days later two of my jewels fell off. Too bad because they looked good; shape and color. It was quick but I don't like feeling like I was rushed out because of someone else wanting to get in without an appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes before I past my appointed time. I didn't mind. So why rushed out for someone else. Would I go back? Maybe. They do good work. I'm thinking and hoping it was just one of those things.

Originally I was a fan. They are super nice people but the booking was misunderstood so I felt rushed. I always get gel almond nails.
The first girl stripped the previous color and shortened the length - fantastic... But I asked if they were going to round off my nails as I usually like almond shape... She said yes.
I then sat for about an hour waiting -sure no problem. It got busy.
Then I felt like I was rushed into another chair and given (not asked) acrylic square nails in a panic. - not happy. Then the color was a fiasco so I just went with quick and simple. The paint job is super messy and the underneath is too curved and is digging into my skin because of the square shape +being so short (I wanted short)

I'm really not happy with how the whole thing went down. It was awkward and I ended up leaving with something I never wanted and on top of it all, I don't think her tools were cleaned before using them on me.

I don't think we will be back. Sorry.

If I lived in Lacombe or Ponoka this would be my new go to spot! Excellent service, clean shop and great quality of work. Quick, efficient and high quality workmanship
