The store has a great atmosphere, very clean, and a great selection of food. But my primary reason for this review—two of the free bottles I got from this store on another order warped in the dishwasher despite being labeled as dishwasher safe. I brought them back to the staff, who immediately took this seriously, asked to take pictures to send to their employer, and offered two new of the same bottles as a replacement. I never felt patronized by the staff, or ashamed of complaining—they were immediately concerned and took measures to assume responsibility and rectify the problem. The only reason I give the food and atmosphere four stars instead of five is to make the five stars for customer service stand out, I am VERY impressed by the staff! Will definitely make this my primary provider of sweets, treats, and bubble tea in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly staff and their menu is extensive with sooo many options to choose from!! We also got the student discount which was nice. A cool spot that reminds me of home 🙂

Went to Macao Imperial yesterday and grabbed 4 drinks… they were SO good I had no choice but to go back today!
Obsessed with the Mango Pomelo Saga – fruity and refreshing
And the Iced Caramel Macchiato
Smooth, creamy, and the caramel hits just right.
Safe to say I’ve found my new addiction!
And yeah that giant teddy in the café? Literally the cherry on top – so cute and cozy!❤️❤️

Huge menu with tons of unique flavor combinations! Tried the Strawberry and Cream, it was a delicious sweet drink. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a refreshing and creative beverage. Also tried the Tapa Breakfast dish, the tapa was flavourful and well-prepared with how fresh it was cooked. I love the inclusive of flavours with the veggies, the vinegar sauce and garlic within the meat and rice.

I went out of that place with a fulfilled stomach, I recommend to come visit! 🫶🏼

the food is decent and their drinks are good (I think it depends on what you order; I'm not a big fan of their cheesecake drinks, for instance. but everyone's tastes are different).

however, I've also noticed some significant items that tend to mar the experience for me:
-the doors have no accessibility button to open them automatically. this is doubly not great since they're very heavy.
-I've gotten my name mispelled on my order at least twice. the first time, it was pretty funny, but I got concerned the second time.
-there's one particular worker that told me my food would be ready in a few minutes. the first time this happened, I took it at face value--but noticed I was waiting relatively longer than I thought would be a few minutes. so the next time I ordered that food again, and they told me it would be a few minutes' wait, they checked and told me that it would be a seven minute wait. which is perfectly fine and I don't mind waiting, but that's more than a few minutes. I think it's important to get this right the first time.

I love supporting this establishment, but improvements on these items would go a long way from making this good business into a great one.

Been here multiple times already and have redeemed the loyalty card for the second time and I’m on the third, I highly recommend trying out this Macao imperial location at meadows. Vibes are immaculate, foods and drinks are freshly made per order, which goes to show how fresh they aim for their foods and beverages.
