Maple Lounge & Grill - Brooks, Alberta

Had the pleasure of trying out the Maple Lounge & Grill tonight. Was greeted right away as soon as my wife and I entered. The place looks amazing nice bright with lots of tables and seating options. Huge change from the last restaurant that operated here. My wife had ordered the chicken biryani and myself I had the two-piece fish and chips with a starter of onion rings. My wife really enjoyed her chicken biryani spicy level was proper. The chicken biryani also has lots of flavor and she did end up taking some home. The two piece fish and chips was pretty good nice and crispy good amount of fries served with two toast pieces of bread. Also comes with two bite coleslaw. The only thing was the fish pieces were a tad bit small from I am use to back home but other then that everything was good 👍. Had some extra room to try the brownie and ice cream. The pricing is very good next time I'll be trying the TBone 🥩 mmmm. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant as it has a wide variety of foods great place to takes those pickup eaters in your family. Check out my photos in my review.

It's always nice to try new restaurants in Brooks and the Maple lounge and grill is definitely my new favorite! The menu is fantastic, there is something for absolutely everyone. The prices were very reasonable. The portion sizes were perfect and the food....incredible!!! I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu. We are so lucky to have this place in Brooks!

The food here is amazing! It’s so good that it’s actually addictive. The ambience is nice, and the hospitality from Sourav and his wife is the best. They always welcome you with a big smile, and it really makes your day. I 100% recommend this place. Please visit—you won’t regret it!

Maple Lounge & Grill what a great addition to Brooks!! Very welcoming atmosphere & spacious. Service is top-notch with very friendly staff. Food was delicious - wings were crispy and juicy. Had the Cheesy Grilled Sandwich comes on a fresh ciabatta bun with fries and coleslaw - very good. Looking forward to returning.

I recently visited Maple Launge & Grill for their New Year party, and it was an incredible experience. The food was absolutely delicious with every dish perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcomed. The ambiance was festive and beautifully arranged, adding to the celebration's charm. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service

We met with a friend from Calgary & decided to meet here & were definitely glad we did. They have great options including vegetarian options & the Owner is so fabulous! If your heading to Brooks, definitely stop inn for a meal here! Customer service is some of the best I've had in awhile.

I have been keeping track of Maple for a few months and was super excited to go with my parents this evening! I assume it was the owner who greeted us, was very kind. Him and our server we're very welcoming.

The butter chicken with rice was my favorite out of tonight's buffet, not too spicy which was perfect for me. The potato bacon soup was super creamy with a velvety texture and was stored in a cool looking cauldron! The roast turkey was tasty but got a little dry/chewy near the end. They had a unique style of macaroni salad which caught me off guard but definitely took a liking to. For desert I grabbed some of the mango ice-cream with a slice of pumpkin pie, both were delicious! They also offered virgin Mojito dispenser which was a cool touch. The buns offered were just a tad dry and I understand that it's tricky with the festive buffet style to keep them fresh throughout the night.

As for atmosphere, the space is very wide open which I can see fostering great energy when super busy, but also carries lots of noise. One thing that could have made our dining experience better was a few more drink menus at the table so more people can look at the same time. The vibes overall were great. A nice touch we noticed is the real candles lit at each table!

I think this place has lots of potential and I'm very excited to see where it goes once they roll out with their permanent menus following the festive buffets. Will be back! Thanks 🙂

Great addition to Brooks, we had the pastrami sandwich, absolutely delicious. Pastrami was tender, sour dough was crisp and not greasy, Ceasar salad was fresh and nicely dressed. We will definitely return.
