I’ve noticed some changes at this location, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been as positive as it once was. I’ve since moved my business to a more professional environment.

I’ve had several appointments cancelled, including two instances where they were cancelled upon my arrival without any prior notice. On another occasion, while traveling from Witless Bay, I was informed less than an hour before my scheduled time that my appointment was cancelled.

Additionally, when I attempted to rebook a 90-minute treatment after my appointment was cancelled, I felt that my request was not well received. The person I spoke with seemed irritated and responded dismissively, saying that it couldn’t be accommodated. Ultimately, my appointment was cancelled simply because I had requested a longer session, even though I had originally been booked for 60 minutes.

I wanted to share this feedback, as I believe clear communication and professionalism are important for a positive client experience.

Seeing similar feedback from other partorns here. Had my appointments cancelled 3 times in a row with no concern to rebook. Receptionist seems to have a chip on her shoulder, instead of being apologetic. Taking my business elsewhere, extremely poor service at this location which leaves a bad impression of the franchise itself.

very very poor services, they booked us, so we came by drive from labrador 17 hour and when we reach this place, we was 5 min late so they cancled us,i told them to book us for another appointment, they said dont have any appointment, never evey going back

The staff is amazing!
The service is always great, excelling in their expertise as well as going above to make sure the client is satisfied. I have multiple issues with my back and neck, and Chris and Kerri have helped me immensely. It is obvious that they are knowledgeable in their fields and it reflects in my progress while being in their care. It also needs to be said that the front staff are awesome, friendly and so accommodating with my ever-changing schedules.
I recommend Massage Addict West every chance I get!

Heather is an exceptional therapist. Daylina is a wonderful receptionist. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I was happy to be able to book a 90 minute massage treatment.

All of the staff were very professional and warm. Tina was very accommodating and genuine with her approach understanding my nature of work so she knows which areas are needed to be massaged. She was very warm and has an in depth knowledge of her craft. I highly recommend Massage Addict for your relaxation.
