The counter service is always helpful and friendly. And my massage therapist Elma is extremely qualified and knowledgeable and knows how to treat my pain and discomfort with the appropriate amount of pressure. And she always knows what I need as soon as she touches me. Especially when I'm hurting . She is the best in the business
