I just had a wonderful, relaxing massage by Hetel.
I made the appointment a week in advance, and they were ready for me & greeted me warmly, when I arrived a few minutes early. This is not an upscale spa, but more of a basic style, very clean & organized. They have quite a few spaces available for different aesthetic services. My private massage room had low lighting, soft music and a warmed massage bed. Hetel let me know right away, that she is not an RMT, so my massage would be strictly relaxing, which was fine with me, as that's what I wanted. She also took note of any special requests or issues I might have. I mentioned my right knee had been sore recently, and during the massage she remembered & was very gentle in that area. For the entire massage, Hetel used the perfect amount of pressure, along with relaxing techniques on my arms, legs, feet, hands, back and neck, and checked with me a few times, to be sure everything was as I liked it (which it was). She didn't chat, as she didn't want to disturb my relaxation, which I greatly appreciated. Before my hour was finished, Hetel used multiple warm towels to gently wipe away the massage oil, which was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Hetel, if you're looking for a truly relaxing massage.

I made an appointment here for a relaxing massage. Raina was my masseuse.
While Raina was nice, I have no complaints there, However the massage she gave me was less than. She was basically just touching my body, there was no pressure at all. It felt like she was taking her hand and just sliding it against my body. There was no soft/relaxing music on, so I was able to hear other people outside the room talking....
After 45 minutes I got dressed and after Raina telling me quite a few times to try their RMT, I felt she was being pushy. The reason I don't go to RMT's is because sometimes they're rough, and I don't want to be in pain.
I spent over $100 for this massage and i wont be recommending.
Place was nice, average looking, the ladies were nice as well, but the massage? I recommend you go elsewhere, or try someone else.

"Horrible experience at [Maviva]! They completely botched my lashes, and the quality of service was subpar. The products they used seemed cheap and low-grade. The application was sloppy, and the overall look was awful.

I had a massage here earlier this year. Paurin provided a great and very professional massage and I will return. I have one very minor suggestion that they initialize their voicemail for the days they are closed so that clients can leave an appointment request if possible.

Lovely atmosphere and always superb esthetician treatments. I've enjoyed pedicures, facials, and regular eyebrow appointments here. Having worked in this industry for 7 years Maviva always meets my high expectations. Lovely staff with expert knowledge. Would highly recommend!

My son bought me gift certificates on occasion, Christmas and Mother's Day. On the first visit, I had a Hotstone Massage. RMT Rupi is my massage therapist, and she is amazing.

On the second visit, I had a Microdermabrasion Facial Treatment with Raina, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Very knowledgeable and professional. She is absolutely amazing!
