Some swimming instructors don't know what they're doing! With little or no experience, they are not very productive! Or they just don't care! It takes ages until you see some satisfying improvements in your child's swimming skills, since in each session they get to practice one or two moves in half an hour shared between 4 or 5 children! The smell of chlorine is horrible some days!

I attended a recent lane swim and was totally impressed with how well organized it was and how professional and friendly the staff were. They definitely went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I will be going back again for sure.

Swimming Instructors need to have better efforts on teaching kids.
The member's don't have any respect at the parking lot.. They suddenly stop at the entrance to pick up/drop off children. If cars are driving behind,they just don't care.

Mayfield Recreation complex and the whole staff are simply great. My experience is extremely positive. They have a young, honest, and hardworking staff. I dropped my gold chain in the pool and didn’t realize until later in the night. I was positive I dropped it in the pool and went back the next day to check. I was pleasantly surprised that they not only found it but kept it safe at the front desk for owner to claim. Jenna Koutroliotis at the front desk was super helpful. Finding the gold chain on very next day not only shows the honesty & care for people but also clearly states that pool is well maintained & cleaned almost daily. Thanks Jenna and rest of the staff. Cheers!
