I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. I was charged for a 2-year package but have only received 5 sessions so far. Despite numerous attempts to contact them to resolve this issue, they have never returned my calls or responded to my concerns. I expected much better service, especially after paying for an extensive package. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this spa based on the lack of communication and poor customer service.

It’s been disappointing to see how careless you guys are about your clients. It’s not the 1st time when I have return back after seeing your spa door locked and no one bothered to inform the client.

Anyone can have emergency but at least informed those whose appointment is already booked.

Very bad experience. I prepaid for my package, but when I reached on spa it was locked. This has happened a 2nd time. When they are booking the appointments they should be more careful. Booking appointments for the clients but not giving services is the worst thing any business can do. Last time for me Adriana booked the appointment for today, but again spa was locked & not even answering the calls or informing about reschedule. Can anyone suggest how to get my refund back.

prepaid for my services. Went there for a scheduled appointment but the clinic was closed when I showed up. Since then, I have not been able to get a response from Jonathan about my text inquiries to reschedule my appointment. It is just silence!!! Is the clinic still in service? I would like to get my payment refunded if they can’t honour the service!! Just being silence is not acceptable and not ethical.

Unprofessional behavior from the owners. They should provide 1) communication on the state of their business; 2) next steps. They took funds from clients and they are not able to complete or honor the contractual agreements. Whatever personal squabbles the owners have should not leak into the business. They should have liquidated and sold off the business in order to continue whatever commitments there were.

Yes, it appears we’ve been scammed. I was hoping the situation would rectify but apparently it’s not going to. I will give the credit card company a try on a refund but not feeling too hopeful. I agree that any communication has been misleading or unresponsive. Extremely disappointing. I wish there was a way to report this to somebody.
