I took my Mom here for her birthday for the massage/facial combo, and she said it was the best massage of her life. She actually fell asleep during the facial. Very professional staff , such a relaxing and wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 recommend ! Especially for special occasions and to treat your loved ones to an amazing experience !

Saddened to have to post a negative review of Melt. My daughters and I have been clients for years. Melt has been our go to spa for everyday and pre wedding pedicures, always left happy, feeling relaxed until July 2024. Booked appointments for myself, my elderly mom and visiting daughter to have a deluxe pedicure. My daughter’s experience was horrific. Her toes were cut twice and bleeding by her technician. After the first cut, I would have expected another technician to replace my daughter’s but that didn’t happen. After the second cut my daughter sat with her hands clenched for the remainder of the visit. Not at all the experience anyone would expect at a spa. We were still charged for the awful pedicure and only after my daughter spoke with the day manager was her fee slightly reduced. My daughter repeatedly asked for the owner to call her and the owner refused. Horrible customer service. Then we worried about infection from the cuts. Lastly, her pedicure was jagged and poorly done. Our afternoon at the spa turned into a nightmare. Won’t deal with a business owner that does not value their customers experience/satisfaction.

Absolutely love my pedicure. I have a few health issues and the staff accommodated me wonderfully especially Kat who gave me my pedicure and was extremely attentative and understanding regarding a leg/foot issue I had. It is overall a wonderful relaxing experience and I would happily recommend Melt to anyone looking to for a more caring, personalized experience when having their nails done. Kudos to you all

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and valued. Waiting in the relaxing room was wonderful, enjoyed the sparkling water. Emily and Palesa were amazing.

I’ve been getting weekly rmt sessions from Emily since I’ve moved back to Penticton from Vancouver in January. Coming from a guy that’s gotten regular massage treatment for the past 20+ years; Emily is easily the best therapist I have ever had! After each session my body feels brand new and my performance in workouts and competition has never been better at 38 years old. Emily goes above and beyond. Also, she is an incredibly funny & kind person. I highly recommend Emily at Melt! 10/10!
