Grande propreté, chambres fonctionnelles et bien équipées, calme, bien localisé ! Il n'y a rien de plus à dire sinon que je recommande l'endroit pour les vacances, pour le travail et plus encore !|Les petits-déjeuners sont assez rudimentaires, mais complets et de santé... le café m'a toutefois manqué et j'ai dû localiser les endroits à café de St. John ; ce qui a permis de bien découvrir la ville qui est géniale.|Le personnel est adorable et courtois, on trouve toujours une réponse à nos besoins ! Merci !

Nous étions logés dans une suite aux résidences dans la nouvelle partie. Très bien, propre, neuve. Deux oreillers supplémentaires auraient été encore mieux mais nous aurions pu le demander, je crois qu'on nous l'aurait accordé. Le site est magnifique et pas trop loin du centre ville de St-John.

Très correct pour une chambre universitaire spartiate mais très clean à l’améicaine. Aucun charme. Manque de services (surtout cafétéria) à proximité. Un peu loin du centre à pied mais bus à proximité.

Sur place, vous vous rappellerez le temps où vous étiez étudiant. Très bien et à un prix d'étudiant. Le déjeuner en communauté vous permettra de partager avec d'autres voyageurs. Entre autres, parfait pour les voyageurs seuls.

Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious accommodation, with plenty of parking and friendly reception staff. The included breakfast was more than adequate, however they could have used an extra coffee maker to reduce the wait time. The onsite laundry facilities were an added bonus. If you are accustom to staying at Shangri-la or Four Seasons hotels this might not be the place for you, but overall it offers excellent value.

A great place for any age group to stay - we are a couple of VERY senior friends who booked thanks to a friend’s recommendation. We each had our own room with a shared bathroom. Single beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. They even provided soap and shampoo. |There is a TV lounge and fridge with plenty of room to store food from your cooler. Laundry facilities as well. Free parking close to residence door. |Breakfast was included with plenty of choices - even great granola. My only complaint - no cream for coffee but you can bring your own. |Price was incredibly reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. |Five minute drive to downtown. |Best deal in St. John’s. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great experience while staying at the Memorial Guest Accommodations. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and there was no shortage of friendly staff to help you with anything we may have needed , even a friendly conversation. We stayed for five days and were never disturbed by noise whether outside or inside the premises. The closeness to amenities (food, shopping and hospitals) was wonderful.

All the essentials and comfort without the unnecessary hotel luxuries at an excellent price. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is plenty of parking available and there is always an Uber available nearby. The location is outside of the busy downtown but close to everything you might like to visit in St. John's.
