Restaurant manager was making my food. She had gloves on. Answered her phone and touched her phone screen with gloves on then went back to preparing my food with the same gloves. Putting contaminated gloves into all the veggies bins. Phones are dirty. I should have said something but I wasn't in the mood to be confrontational. It completely grossed me out. I couldn't eat my wrap afterwards. It was the restaurant manager doing this!

I had been to the location in New Minas & the incredible staff set the bar for this franchise. Wherever I am I look to see if there is Mezza nearby. My experience to at this particular location today was miserable. I asked for my wrap grilled which had been acccomodated in Bridgewater & New Minas was denied. Thecstaff appeared to be too busy chatting & looking at their devices. My food was cold, again a new experience. The choice of music blaring through sound system was not in sync with being in a Lebanese kitchen. This was such a disappointment & I strongly recommend going to a different location if you're trying Mezza Lebanese Kitchens.

My recent experience with this location is fab! I had a wrap and everything was fresh worth every penny, cheery on the top staff was really accommodating. Tables were clean for dine in too irrespective of franchise chain.

for years used to love this place and best of all its 2 min from home, this location is now the worst. used to fill your plate, now you pay 20 dollars for less than a quarter of a plate, staff are not friendly, server went handeled the cash register then came back and used the same gloves to handel our food. wont be going there anytime soon.

This soup like slop was supposed to be lentils and rice. Looks nothing like what is shown online. It tasted like someone added lentil soup too rice, completely ruined dinner and had to throw it all in the trash

I understand that costs have risen, and the business needs to do what it needs to do, but after trying Mezza twice now in 2022, I still can't suggest coming here unless you want a spend a fortune for very little. Their large is a small for a wrap. I cannot imagine what they consider a regular, and I can't in good faith recommend anyone spending $12 plus tax on a 2-3 bite wrap. (That's just for a wrap, nothing more).

Go to burrito Jax or just go to Superstore and buy the ingredients used in this wrap for an 1/8th the cost.

Mezza feels less local and much more like an over priced chain these days.

Update: Got home to see my Chicken Shawarma plate had no chicken. See picture below.

Decided to give Mezza another chance since its been a year, and I used to frequent the establishment 3 times a week before it went downhill. Sad to say my rating is dropping from a 2 to a 1 now.

There is little to no consistency between dishes in the same category. Each staff member seems to have a different idea of what goes in their standard dishes, and items that used to be standard (pickles and turnip) are now an additional cost.

Do not recommend. Will not visit again. There are better small businesses in Sackville that you should spend your money on and support.

If you're looking for a quick bite and other places are closed, this should do the trick.

Mezza used to have great good and service but in the last few months it feels like it's been sliding. My last few visits have not given me hope that I'll be returning.

When I asked for what I regularly get (half & half plate) I was told they've never done them (I guess never minus the last 2 years I and my friends have been getting them). When I explained I've been getting them up till last week the line changed to "we don't do them anymore, we only do them in wraps."

Hope this place continues to do well, but I'll be sticking to Burrito Jax and Pita Pit now for my bowls / plates.
