CONSUMER BE AWARE!

I have been going to Michele’s Medical aesthetics for Laser hair removal for two years and still have hair. I have tried others and have had greater and quicker results!!!

Christmas of 2023 I purchased four gift certificates at a considerable amount of money. I just noticed this year that there were expiry dates on them……and …those that I purchased them did not have an opportunity to use them. Michele never mentioned to me that there was an expiry date. I also did not receive a receipt for those gift cards.

First, according to Provincial policy there should not be an expiry date on Gift Certificates.
Secondly, they need to have issued a receipt for all gift certificates that I sought out for gifts.

Recently,
I have tried a number of times to reach out to Michele Power in good faith but she has ignored my calls and visits.
I also realized she has blocked my # and blocked me from her instagram account.

A respectful business person should reach out to all customers who have issues with how business is conducted and try to resolve the issues together.
In good faith, I have trusted her and continued to give her business

Michele lacks knowledge and professionalism. She has burnt me many times for laser and my experience was very unpleasant. My hair also has grown back after many treatments and it’s very disappointing… waste of money. I also did a facial and it completely ruined my barrier. My skin has never been the same since going to her. To add to this, she has also cancelled twice on me at the very last minute. SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO TEXTS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!

Your review is, quite frankly, a blatant lie. I was at Michael's that day getting my laser treatment when you came banging on the door and yelling like a crazy person, demanding money and insisting that she open the door. That's certainly a way to sabotage a business. I've been going to Michele for 10 years and have never had any issues with her services. The reviews she has received are proof that she is the best.
