This is the perfect place to go if you don’t feel like cooking but want something home made. They have a great variety of options in their fridge to take home and heat up. And it’s delicious. We had the shells stuffed with chicken and pistachios - fantastic!

Salad, smoothie, cookie, brownie all taste good.
I tried to eat curry but I cant cause theres no microwave. I wish customer can use microwave in store.

Delicious food, made from scratch. I like the frozen suppers (could be lunch!): curries, bolognese, a lasagne, some with meat, a chicken wrap, others are vegan or vegetarian; suitable to have in your deep freeze to use when you need it, at home.

Excellent biscuits (cookies) and sliced bars (I usually slice them smaller as they are indulgent) and Middle Sister’s Kitchen uses wholesome ingredients, and is a locally-owned business: win-win.

Came in the morning to grab a quick bite to eat. The unfriendliness from the moment I opened the door to me asking if they had a different take away menu is something I didn't expect.

Quite simply put...

WOW!

We just ate THE BEST sheppard's pie E!VER!

Service is fast and courteous. If you go into our near Canmore, you have to visit the Middle Sister!

Or else! 😊

Oh! And I just finished the (GF DF vegan) lemon cheesecake, it to gets a WOW!

FYI: this is a cash and carry shop.

Eating healthily can be a challenge whilst travelling, so we were super excited to find this place with an awesome range of prepared meals. We had the veggie chili and the Thai curry, which were super super tasty combined with the lime-infused basmati rice.

I just dropped by this afternoon Aug 6 from Banff going back to Edmonton, somebody told me to try the veggie rolls , I m so glad I did, it was one of most delicious veggie rolls I had .
Kudos to Jaymie and the staff. I ll be back for sure .

We enjoyed the jerk chicken bowl (would give it a a 3/5). It was good, but not great. Needed more jerk flavor.

Also enjoyed the chicken stuffed pasta shells (4/5). I found these to be filling and the marinara sauce was delicious.

I enjoyed the Rundle bars (4/5), while my girlfriend found them to be a bit bland.
