BEWARE of this summer camp! My daughter went last year and had fun, but this year it seemed the counselors were intent on making the children miserable.
DAY 1: The children were being noisy playing games, so the leaders yelled at them and made them sit in silence for at least 15 minutes so that "they could eat their cake in peace"!
DAY 2: Again, children were noisy playing games (it is a summer camp to have fun after all), so the leaders put them in a dark room in the basement and told them they had to have a nap (my kids are 8 & 11 years old!). There weren't enough mats to go around and they had to lay in silence in the dark for 30+ minutes and got yelled at if they even talked! I called to complain this day and the supervisor said he'd talk to the counselors.
DAY 3: Very hot day again. They brought the children to Fish Creek Park and when they got back, all the counselors ate freezies in front of the children and didn't give them any! At least go into another room to eat your freezies! Way to make the children feel jealous!
DAY 4: Brought them to the lake. They were supposed to do a swim test and, if they passed, could go in the water up to their shoulders, otherwise stay at belly button level. Well, the counselors didn't feel like doing the swim test, so all the kids, even the older ones, had to just wade in the water & couldn't go up to their shoulders. Again, upon returning from the lake, the counselors ate Freezies in front of the children and didn't offer them any.
I have worked in childcare for years and I do NOT feel like this is an appropriate way to act around and treat children! I am incredibly disappointed and will never consider this camp again. Train your staff properly on how to treat and act around children.

Amazing before and after school care. Had so many memories here with friends and staff. Staff members were amazing and super nice to talk to. So many fun things to do. So many good memories🥲

Reptile Expo was amazing! We thankfully got there before a massive line going through the entire parking lot formed. The center is huge and accommodates so many people, very well organized and kept clean during the event. We were so impressed and can't wait for the next one!

Excellent summer camp, great staff. I had been to so many places, finally found a place that has the human touch. The Camp Director is extremely accommodating. I was in a fix, and this place accommodated me like no other did!
