I recently visited Milano Club in Millwoods Town Centre while shopping for my son's graduation suit and I must say I was extremely impressed with the selection and customer service. The store had a wide variety of stylish and trendy options for suits, shirts, ties, and accessories. They even had jeans, hoodies, winter coats, etc. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, offering suggestions and helping us find the perfect outfit for my son's special day. The quality of the clothing was excellent and the prices were great. Overall, my son and I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for men's clothing. Definitely will be coming back.

Outstanding service and top-quality products! I fully understand why the staff keep a close watch on everyone who walks in—when I visited today to purchase a suit, they had to deal with three people trying to steal. My family, friends, and I have been loyal customers here for 17 years, and we’ve never had a single issue. The service, quality, and pricing have always been exceptional. I can’t imagine why anyone would rate this local gem less than 5 stars!

This is the place where I bought my first suit for my graduation 15 years ago. The owner went out of his way to help my mom and me, especially with the price, as we couldn’t afford a suit back then. Since that day, I’ve been doing all my shopping here. I absolutely love their products, their service, and how helpful the staff always are.

Even though I no longer live in Millwoods, I still make a special trip just to shop at my favorite store. I’ve never had any issues with my purchases or their exchange policy. Of course, it’s nearly impossible to please everyone, but for me, this store has been nothing short of amazing!

I would never shop here the man was so rude to my 17 old son who wanted to try a suit on before buying and the man said don’t waste my time you should be shamed of yourself for disrespecting my son make him upset poor service for sure

Ridiculous person with zero work ethics extremely rude doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Please someone make him learn some customer service he has no idea about it. Never ever go to this store. Worst experience ever. We went there to exchange a shirt which we got as a gift we didn’t know the policy as well but this guy who is extremely rude asked for paper and clips which come in a shirt. I mean if you can’t handle your own exchange policy don’t keep them at least. Don’t open a business when you can’t handle small issues like paper and clips. We requested him to talk politely but I think he doesn’t know how to talk.

Milano club, Worst customer service experience. Extremely rude guy. It looks like he is the owner. Came to exchange shirt which i got as a gift. He insulted me for bringing only a shirt, not paper and clips. Can someone please teach him basic customer service of smile and great customer with respect. He not even deserves 1*.
