We were just hopping around on a food spree at Scott Road when we walked into Momo Factory, and honestly, it felt like a happy surprise. The interiors were so warm and beautiful — it instantly felt welcoming. But what really touched us was the incredible customer service — so genuine, so kind, it made the whole experience feel personal.

We only tried the momos platter, but every bite was bursting with flavour. It was so good, I genuinely had to stop myself from ordering another one right away. This place has heart — in its food, its vibe, and its people. Can’t wait to go back!

I went to Momo Factory with my family and we loved this place for food, environment and the Robot server. It has not taken long time to serve the dishes also their service was perfect. This is my second visit and hopefully I will come again 😊, you can try this restaurant to have delicious Asian food.

Checked out this spot after some online buzz and ordered two dishes.

Old chicken was delicious and had juicy chicken pieces with a sprinkle of sesame seeds that really lifted the flavor.

On the other hand, the Szechuan chicken was overly tangy, and the chicken itself seemed undercooked, which I did not enjoy at all.

Portion sizes for both were decent.

The robot waiter is a fun touch and adds a modern flair, though having a server manually transfer food from it to the table feels a bit redundant — it might be worth rethinking how it’s integrated into the dining experience.

Given that the restaurant specializes in momos, I was hoping for a more balanced flavor. The seasoning felt either underdeveloped or overpowering, and the accompanying sauces leaned heavily into heat without much nuance or layering of flavor.

Service-wise, the staff were friendly but could benefit from more training on the menu. When I asked about the Sweet Corn Chicken Soup — a well-known Indo-Chinese classic — I was surprised to be asked about spice levels and was told it was “creamy.” That led me to switch to the Hot & Sour Soup, which unfortunately also fell short in terms of flavor depth.

The Manchurian Chicken followed a similar pattern: quite spicy but missing balance, and the texture was overly starchy and a bit lumpy, likely from too much cornstarch. The noodles and fried fish starter, however, were a highlight — cooked well and seasoned better than the other dishes.

Overall, the place shows promise with some creative ideas, but a bit more attention to decor(Christmas stuff still up at the front), execution and flavor harmony would go a long way.

Very nice restaurant for casual Nepalese dining. Staff are friendly, helpful, & very professional. Food is excellent! Lots of food & beverage options. Prices are very reasonable. Our server, Smriti, was so awesome & took time to explain & described individual dishes in detail for us. She really made our dining experience pleasant & truly memorable. Very happy coming here & we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended to come dine here!

I ordered the lunch special as takeout. It comes with chicken fried rice, Manchurian chicken and choice of steamed or deep fried chicken momos. It was good and came with 2 sauces. Clean interior and cool design in the restaurant. Everything was good and the service was nice.
