Nails did smudge later that night, not sure if it was because the polish was at the end of the bottle, cause she tossed it in the garbage even she was done. But still super pleased.

Awake and Ascending

I had not visited Mosaic Spa since they reopened after the Pandemic lockdowns. Since my last visit, they changed things up, hiring all new staff and renovating the interior. The Aesthetician I used to see for Lash Tinting and Brazilian Bikini Wax no longer works there, so I was nervous about booking these services with a new Aesthetician as a Brazilian Bikini wax is an incredibly vulnerable experience and only goes well if you feel very comfortable with the Aesthetician. Done right, it can be a comfortable experience, done wrong it can be an incredibly uncomfortable and painful experience.

My service (wax only) was booked with Linda Tran. I can honestly say that this was one of the best “Brazilians” that I have ever received.

Not only did Linda make me feel incredibly relaxed & comfortable, she repeatedly check in with me to make sure I was doing well throughout the procedure. She is VERY thorough and made sure to remove any ingrown, stubborn hairs and blackheads with her tweezers afterwards.

I have extremely sensitive skin and can sometimes experience tenderness 24-48 hrs after a Brazilian, however I did not experience redness after this procedure as she immediately provided pressure with a cold cloth after each wax strip was removed (TOTAL gamechanger). I usually apply Emla Cream beforehand to numb the bikini area, I did not this time and was expecting it to be excruciatingly painful, but Linda’s expert technique resulted in a 2/10 pain experience when it was all finished. I actually think this was the best Brazilians I’ve ever received.

Overall, I give Linda 10/10 for her execution of this service, if you’re looking for a thorough bikini wax done by a respectful and pleasant Aesthetician, then book with Linda.

It’s nice to see that Mosaic has kept up its pre-pandemic standards of excellence when some local businesses have not. The areas of the salon, that I could see, were all clean, I was a 9:00 am appointment and showed up 15 mins early. It was nice to see that the treatment room was spotlessly clean, new paper on the bed, a clean wrap-around for me to wear (this is an underwear free service, not even a disposable thong, which was new to me but actually enabled an incredibly thorough service), garbage pails emptied from the previous day. It was very cold in there (A/C), which didn’t bother me as I was only getting a bikini wax, however I do think it would be chilly if getting a massage. Too cold is better than too warm though I suppose. It smelled wonderful in there and Linda’s appearance was very neat & tidy, she washed her hands prior to beginning and wore a face mask. She provided wet wipes and baby powder for me to use before dressing.

Thank you Linda, great job and keep up the excellent work 🙂 and great job to Mosaic, 10/10 for ease of booking & cleanliness of the facilities.

Pedicures! An incredibly way to kick off the final day of 2021! My girlfriend reserved our places this morning at Mosaic Spa for Pedicures. Let's start the new year on the right foot! To many exclamation points, I don't think so. Mosaic Spa rocks (in the quiet, restorative, relaxing, self-loving, beautiful, feeling pretty, kind of way). These professionals know exactly how to make everyone feel special. My pedicure was amazing, please forgive me I do not recall my Specialists' name, red hair, she is talented, extremely friendly, and very good. I was floating in the anti gravity chair while my feet bubbled away, then fell into a complete surrender while she treated my feet to self care heaven. I will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor, self care is vital to a balanced life, book here today!!!

We went for a bachelorette party, a group of 9 women. We booked months in advance and they knew we were coming as a group. The prices for a shellac manicure were among the most expensive I’ve seen in this area and the quality was not what it should have been. We left with bubbles through our nails. The staff kept complaining about not having enough time for all of our appointments, even though we had booked months before and we had less people in our group than expected already. The bride had a massage and the massage therapist rested her phone on her legs while she massaged, very odd. They also cut the massage from a scheduled hour to 30 minutes because they said they didn’t have time, even though this was the first service for our group once we arrived. They struggled to remove one girl’s existing gel polish, a very standard practice in most spas. They even tried to peel it off with the manicurists own nails, disturbing and it hurt. It took so long for them to complete the services, two girls from our group finally just cancelled their manicures after being there for 5 hours. When trying to pay they made errors in pricing, they charged more than what is listed on their own website. So disappointed, will not be back.

I absolutely love this place! The ladies are amazing and Danielle who did my hair for my wedding did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for anything better! my mom and I also had our make up done (sadly I can't remember the name of the sweet ladywho did our make up), but I can honestly say that I have never felt so beautiful in my life and I owe to Mosaic Spa and the amazing crew! Thank you so much ladies!?❤️ and both of these services were done without a test run!
