Terrible 😣 place to stay. Rooms were not clean. No toiletries. Basic cleaning was also not done. No Internet and was asked use my phone data if I want to use Tv. No TV cable. Towels were stinky. Beds were uncomfortably. All in All -10 stars.

This place is dirty and the staff and owners are super sketchy. They go through your bags! Police had to be called. The hotel frauded me out of one nights stay. I had a room confirmation and was charged for the room. They cited “personal reasons” for turning us away. Told us to contact Expedia and then would not answer the calls when Expedia called them to arrange the refund. Bottom line, don’t stay here unless you mind catching something. And don’t be surprised if they don’t honor the rental agreement. I’d give it no stars if it was an option. On the blacklist for the sketchiest hotel in Camrose…is this a joke. And don’t lie in your response, it’s very unbecoming. Just do better. Just do better.

They don't clean rooms more than once a week. Stayed here a few times each room the tub doesn't drain properly...no garbage pick up no clean towels daily...do not recommend unless ur here for work and looking to save a few bucks...also they will not refund you money if your stay is cut short! Pay day by day....

Its a cheap deal, youre pretty much getting what youre paying for, so dont expect the same service youd get from a 100$/N hotel. But its fair for what youre paying for. Another plus is it is locally owned. The rooms dont smell great but you get used to it, again youre paying like 60 a night so its really not too bad.

Booking through those 3'rd party places might save a buck but they absolutely refuse to refund , and it's not up to the motels , booking. Com is ridiculous in their policy to the point of being crooked , but blaming the motel is a little unfair.

Decent room but no Wifi, and no plans to get wifi. A hotel with the same amenities and attitude like it was 1999

Passable. No working internet or any kind of TV programming. Beds aren't very comfortable. It is clean. Walls are thin.

If I could give this motel zero stars I would. I had the worst experience of any hospitality service in my life. While getting ready for bed, a stranger entered my room. I dressed quickly and went out side where i saw the person and he was extremely apologetic but the desk clerk had assigned my room to him. I went to the office where I was meet with a silly giggle and not a single effort to apologize. All the clerk could say was that he let me check in early that day and I could just leave the motel if I did not like it. I have written an email to the motel owner and no one responds. I will now be filing an official complaint with multiple hotel and hospitality associations across the province of Alberta.
I will also reinforce other complaints that this motel is filthy dirty. I don't think they clean any surface in the rooms and hair balls floated out of the drains in the sink and shower.

I am adding a comment because the owner has left a comment saying that I am not the register guest. That is correct, my reservation was under my friends name and I was in room 103. But make no mistake, I was a guest and I will be making an official complaint about this motel and I hope no one else will have to deal with such dismissive and unprofessional behaviors as I have.

Here is another update, the motel responded to my review and asked that I call them. I tried to call and was yet again dealing with incompetent staff. I am sure it was the same clerk who laughed at me. All he could say was send an email. I already did that and there was no response. Once again this is the most dismissive and unprofessional behavior I have ever dealt with. All I wanted at the beginning was an explanation and an apology. Do not offer me any credit to stay at your motel as that will never happen. I will continue to proceed with my complaints to the hospitality board of Alberta, the local chamber of commerce and an article in the local new paper.
