I hired Paradise Pools to close my pool this year. First they drained my pool to about 25% of the water. They failed to fill the water bags properly and 5 have fallen into the middle of the pool. Half of my pool is now uncovered. After days of trying to get in touch with them they returned and told me the water has to be filled just below the skimmer even though they drained it. They recovered the pool and the next day 3 water bags fell back in. I contacted the service department and every time I was told the service person was on the phone and would return my call. They never returned my call. I had to keep calling back. I have fixed the pool myself at this point and will NEVER hire paradise pools again. Cost me over $600.00.

After having problems with someone else trying to fix my jacuzzi swim spa I was told to try MP.
Andrew showed up on time. Was only there an hour as it was a pretty easy fix. It was up an running and up to correct temperature within 2 days. I highly recommend them for service and especially Andrew.

Efficient, friendly and economical. They have the best price for chlorine refills that we could find in the Niagara region. Very beneficial for us to use as a small business.

The ino pool pool cleaner was recommended by them but it does not work well unless you have an app. But the app will not work if it's underwater. If the pool is cloudy and you can't see it and you can't see it to bring it up because you need a hook to bring it up. When we told them it wasn't working, they said it was but it wasn't. I just asked that it work especially when it was $1,200. It worked for one week last year when we first bought it at the end of the year but does not work now. I'm not pleased of how they reacted to that.

Had our above ground pool liner replaced. Job was complete and we now have a functioning pool again.

However they showed up unprepared. No paint to paint over rust spots on metal. No ladder to enter pool, they actually used some old wooden pallets I had sitting around, which is pretty unsafe and eventually I had to supply them with a ladder. Then at the end they left a mess of plastic and tape they didn't bother to clean up.
I emailed my concerns to Jenn Corriveau which went unanswered.

But they job was complete and so I'll give them 3 stars.

Pics show untreated rust spots, my ladder and garbage left on ground.

Your manager at your Welland store said the warranty only covers the seams. I sent him new pictures with the seam issues on top of all the other tears. This cover is less than 2 years old I’d be more than happy to post the pictures of the seam and all the other tears if that help. You need a new cover supplier the one you have now is selling you junk

I’ve gone to paradise pools for years, when I used to have a hot tub, Michelle and the staff was always very helpful when trying to get the water, balanced and clear, with the water testing and chemical suggestions. It was easy.
Last time I was there a couple months ago I just needed chlorine and I had never bought bulk chlorine before, and the young man came outside and met me outside before I even had the chlorine container out of my car, he knew what I wanted it was already right outside to assist me and it was a very painless, quick adventure, and explained it perfectly to me what he was doing and the cost so I didn’t feel dumb 😄
