I took my Dad here for a pedicure and he had an excellent experience! His feet had seen better days and they were kind and gentle with him getting them fixed up. He had a foot massage that made his feet feel great and the pedicure was done beautifully! I would highly recommend this salon!
PS I have also had my ingrown toenails completely remedied here and absolutely love the my nails. They have a great selection of options and are very reasonably priced!

Went and got my nails done here yesterday and paid 80$ for these nails and when I left the nail salon it was close to closing so I couldn’t call later in the evening when I noticed that my fingers were in pain and burning. I went in the next day after work and asked if they could please take my nails off and possibly give me a refund as they had actually hurt me and damaged my skin with burns and blisters on my cuticles. They were very rude basically yelled, laughed and made fun of me, telling me no and that they didn’t do anything wrong. They told me to come back for a free set but wouldn’t refund me the money, I politely told them I didn’t want to come back here and get my nails done as I am clearly in pain from the last set they did. They didn’t help me in anyways or care at all that they had hurt me, I do not recommend coming here especially if you have children the staff don’t listen and are disrespectful.

Very rude and unprofessional. I have been going to this location since 2011 and it has really gone down hill.

The nail tech cut one of my nails so short it was excessively bleeding. I get this happens and was understanding and polite- what got me was how she responded after this. She seemed to find it funny when I was showing signs and stating my discomfort.
She continued to file, poke and put remover on it (which badly burned) after I asked her to stop she would laugh and smirk. The worker beside her had to tell her to stop when she noticed how visibly uncomfortable I was.

When I went to pay I mentioned to the woman at the desk (who was the same woman working at the station next to me) how disappointed I was. She agreed she witnessed this and told me next time to ask for a different tech. Both women laughed and joked as I was leaving the salon.

Today my finger is sensitive to touch and feels infected 😬

Do not go to this location if you want to be a respected and valued customer. They show no loyalty to regulars. I will not be returning.

Brilliant service, a wide selection of shellac colors and acrylic services too. The technician I saw was very fast in her work but super focused on attention to detail and did an incredible job. Very reasonable rates as well. Super happy!

Don’t go here.
The first time I went in February the man working at the till greeted me with a bloody tissue shoved up his nose which was foul and my shellac manicure lasted a whole two days. I returned today for another shellac manicure as it’s conveniently located for me and assumed it could have been an off day. Today was worse unfortunately. The older lady doing my nails was extremely rude and when I asked for another coat of polish on my ugly splotchy nails she started speaking a different language and rolling her eyes with the other nail tech. Not long after the man who I remembered as the nose bleed guy, the older woman butchering my nails, and another lady got into an aggressive yelling match and I was left sitting there when my nail tech disappeared into a back room. She came back to slap some lotion on and rush me out the door. I’d be more upset about this waste of money experience if it wasn’t so entertaining. Nails are all inconsistent and I’ll go elsewhere to get them fixed. I’d give it a zero if that was an option.

Unfortunately myself and my friends had a less than desirable experience from being burned by water that the esthetician’s didn’t test themselves first to having the tip of my toe shaved off and bleeding (but no one even acknowledged that it had happened, apologized etc), to the wrong colours being labeled in their colour swatch books so we had the wrong colour brought to us, and finally we were charged different prices for the exact same pedicures with no explanation. Definitely felt sketchy since there wasn’t a website and then my experience just confirmed my suspicions. Very unfortunate.

There is a bit of language barrier yet they can speak English and can give you what you want. The black are my nails with a thin layer of gel to strengthen . John took off previous job without damaging my own nail beds. Great job . All the way from Ontario. Thank you.
