Another place I picked "out of a hat." Amazing service! Great atmosphere, there was a live band playing when I picked up our food. The steak sandwich was fantastic! Tender and juicy, the flavor was exceptional! Portions were great! I will absolutely be back to try the rest of the menu!! Thanks

Went there for lunch on Saturday afternoon. It was 2:05 I asked if I could still order breakfast, she said no. It was not busy at all. The server, Janice did not tell us the specials. The three of us all ordered at the same time, two burgers and lettuce wraps. Another friend joined us. She brought the lettuce wraps and one burger. She asked if the other two guys wanted to order food, I said that my friend had already ordered a burger. After 10 more minutes passed and my friend's burger hadn't come, I went up to the bartender and asked to speak to a manager. She said that there was no manager on duty and asked if there was an issue. I said that my friend ordered at the same time as plus and hasn't received his food. She obviously had forgot to put in his order. The server then came over and asked if there was a problem. I said yes, I am not happy with her service. She said that she can not serve us at all and not come to our table. I said instead of being confrontational, she should take some accountability it would have been understandable. I asked for the managers information and we were all asked to leave. Apparently you can't say that you aren't happy with someone's service. Very bad experience. I've never left a review before but this was unacceptable.

The service was good. Drinks were enjoyable. I had the roast beef, however the mashed potato was cold and the vegetables were dried up. The other two people in the people had the clubhouse and the pork schnitzel they enjoyed their meals. Our waitress was great.

As usually very nice pub, great ambience and delicious culinary .
This time we were a table of 11 people and Cassie A offered us very diligent, courteous, professional and nice service …..impecable .
We love to go back anytime from Burnaby to see family and to celebrate with them .

Nice restaurant pub. Very great service and ambience .

Waitresses are very professional and friendly.
Food is very delicious , great culinary.

Worst experience at a pub ever! Our server was not friendly, no smile no greeting. Did not tell us the promotions. I ordered the Hawaiian burger, my friend ordered the Don Juan burger and my girlfriend ordered the lettuce wraps. My burger came as did the lettuce wraps. My burger had about 5 small pineapples, was hard to even find them, no teriyaki sauce and was dry. Another friend had arrived at that time and she asked if they both wanted to order food. She was then reminded that my friend had already The Don Jaun burger which never came. My girlfriend went up to the bar and asked to speak to the manager to express that we were not happy with the service. At that time we were asked to leave. This server was horrible! Instead of being apologetic and accountable she acted like we were in the wrong for complaining. I would not recommend going here!

Ended up there for a few beers when they had live music. Great singer, great service and, compared to Vancouver, was incredibly cheap. Fun pub and would definitely stop in again if I am in the area to try the food as the prime rib looked awesome.

Great food and atmosphere!

I got the chance to try their French onion soup which was the BOMB. You’re gonna regret not getting it - it’s so flavourful and the cheese is just right. I also had the Mile High burger with the fries which is enough to feed like 2 people. Didn’t take photos of it because I just devoured it. SO good.

We were a party of 9 and were basically the only patrons in the pub. We spent $300 on drinks and food. The $25 nachos were a total a rip off. They were basically chips with sour cream and salsa on the side. The soup was cold and we had to ask for water 3 times because the server kept forgetting to bring it. We won't be back.
