Thanks for a great afternoon of fun! We hosted our swim club for a bowling event and it was a really good time. The staff were super helpful, very patient and accommodating, particularly with our large group of kids of all ages. We are super lucky to have a fun place to bowl in Bracebridge!

Went over the weekend. It’s an okay bowling alley but my only issue was the music. There were kids during the time I was there and music with cuss words were playing. Censored versions of the songs exist.. strongly recommend a kid friendly playlist during hours of operation

Absolute embarrassment to muskoka! Took my daughter to this hotel to go bowling as we could never get in. Either closed or no one there. So I bought a 180$ room at the quality inn on the Friday a week after the new years weekend. The pricing of the room is hardly a concern after the service here. Waited 2 hours with my daughter to go bowling as groups of teenagers and young adults flooded the lanes. We waited patiently coming up and down from our room from 6pm to 9pm. LAll she wanted to come here for was the bowling so we stayed up well past bed time. Finally On our 9th visit downstairs. We see the last parts leaving. It’s 9:40pm the lanes close at 10!
We approach the desk. And I ask the young man if we can throw a few balls. He said we close at 10. I said I understand and it’s 9;40 and she’s just a 6year old girl. His reply was “I don’t care.”
I was stunned to say the least. As we stand there and watch a party of 30-40 teens and young adults all over with drinks and a huge mess visibly tolerated, yet a single father and his 6 year old daughter who’ve been clearly walking up and down and waiting for hours to throw a couple balls down the lane for 5 minutes gets denied, with “I don’t care” about a 6 year old girl 20 minutes before close!

Absolutely despicable service and attitude! I’ll add even the hotel front desk staff was disappointed and offered us 20percent off the next day! However they’re not open till 3 and checkout is at 12! So for 4$ off a 20$ service the value wasn’t there, however the gesture was much more appreciated!

Disgusting, rude, and ignorant customer service!! Came to the hotel attached for the night with my family, went down to use the alley and was a huge line up so we waited and went down at around 930, my 6 year old daughter just wanted to throw a few balls down the line before bed and we waited all day for this! The attendant working the front counter said NO we close in 20 minutes to bad, I don’t care not my problem! Was absolutely appalled, disgusted and disappointed with the service. We are locals to town and have never experienced this type of horrible, disgusting customer service, for a 6 year old to throw a few balls down the lane would have taken 5 maybe 10 minutes and we would have been gone before they closed anyways. There were lanes open, and other people already in there. What’s 5-10 more minutes of another lane. Will never return here and will never recommend this to anyone we know. How disappointing to tell my daughter all day we’re going bowling and then be denied to not go for 5 minutes, 20 minutes before close !!!
