Absolutely amazing experience! We did the premium headspa and oh my goodness what an absolute treat! Shaunna and Scarlet were amazing, the treatment provided for myself and my friend was spectacular and we both left with AMAZING results and the cleanest scalps we have ever had. Love all the products used and was so relaxed the whole time. Thank you so much we will certainly be back!

I wanted to try a Japanese Head Spa and found this spa on Instagram. I booked the Premium Japanese Head Spa with a professional blow out. It was amazing. My hair and scalp felt to clean and fresh after the treatment. I also enjoyed a honey facial massage. It was very relaxing and my skin felt so soft after.

I’ve wanted to try a head spa for so long, and I’m so glad we finally have one in Calgary! I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time, but wow it was truly amazing. Shaunna took her time with me, going over my scalp issues, offering home care tips, and recommending take home products. My scalp feels so smooth, clean, and beautiful after the treatment. I absolutely love my experience at My Haven every time! I’ve been here three times now, and each visit has been fantastic. The head spa treatments are incredibly relaxing, and my hair feels like silk for days afterward. I also had a deep tissue massage from Celina, and it was wonderful her technique is amazing! The staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate.

My daughter gave me a gift card for this spa for Christmas. After talking with the nice receptionist girl, she noticed that I have very thick hair and suggested I try their Japanese Head Spa. I had a such a great experience, I have a bad left knee, and Tina was very accommodating and sweet. She paid extra attention to me because of my mobility issues, I'm very grateful for her kindness.

Tina made the Japanese Head Spa experience really relaxing and her head massage was just what I needed. I was having a bad day, but the Japanese Head Spa helped me feel better again and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. I highly recommend Tina, she is such a lovely person.

Highly recommend! Have been very excited to come here and my fiance surprised me with a Japanese Head Spa experience. Shauna was very kind and explained my scalp concerns. Of course dryness. The experience was incredible and I felt like jello leaving. 5 stars next time doing longer. They even gave me a card and chocolates for my birthday 🎈

I saw their Japanese Head Spa on Instagram, and decided to give it a try because I have dry scalp during the winter. It was a great experience, the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful in educating me on what to expect for my appointment. It was interesting to see my dry scalp up close.

Moreover, Tina, the lady that serviced my hair was very friendly and gave me the best head massage I have ever experienced. The whole experience was wonderful and very relaxing, I ended up booking two more appointments afterwards. Lovely staff, great experience and the high quality hair products they used made my hair feel great. Thanks again and looking forward to my next appointment.

I went with a friend, we experienced pure bliss.
Shaunna did my 75 minute scalp treatment and I cannot think of anything that could have made it better. I needed to relax and decompress and she nailed it. The service was interesting, she was very informative, but also calming and so relaxing. I highly recommend this as a friend date!
