My family really enjoyed the kitty cafe. The cats were all so cute, and nice to pet and play with. Admission was about $13/person. We went on a weekday afternoon and booked our reservation in the morning of the same day. It wasn't very busy and we were able to visit with all the cats. It was a great way to spend an hour!

Lovely place for catlovers.
You can stay one hour inside the cat lounge but the hour just flies away enjoying the cats.
Ticket costs 13+tax per head. Cattè costs around 5.
In an hour, got to experience a cat fight, cats playing with toys, running around and hiding, munching their food, licking them clean, lying down beside people to get patted and what not.
The adoption cats are a little shy compared to the lounge cats.
My kid rated it 5 thousand gazillion stars out of 5.

Had a great time with friends at My Kitty Cafe. The kittens are all so adorable and seem to be comfortable with being around people. Love that the place is well maintained with lots of toys and fun structures for them to play around. Only thing is the hot matcha I ordered was too watery, which made it taste bland and diluted. But other than that, it was a nice outing 🙂

The cat house was super cute and well made, the cats seemed to have plenty of space to live and run around in. My family and I loved our time there, all the cats were super patient, quiet and welcoming to our touch. Staff was also very kind and patient as it was our first time here. Will definitely come back here to say hi to the kitties!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this cat cafe. I booked a visit for the weekend, planning a fun outing with my kids. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of their strict no-kids policy until I arrived. While I completely understand that some places may have rules to ensure the safety and comfort of the animals, the lack of clear communication regarding this policy during the booking process was frustrating.

What made the experience even worse was their refusal to issue a refund. Despite the fact that we weren’t allowed to attend and they didn’t provide any service, they kept the $52 I paid. I reached out to explain the situation, expecting at least some level of understanding and customer service. However, I was met with a rigid “no refunds” response, with no attempt to offer a solution or even a partial refund.

It’s disappointing when a business values policies over customer satisfaction. I believe they could have handled the situation far more professionally and fairly. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking a visit here be extremely cautious and double-check all their policies to avoid losing money like I did. I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope they reconsider how they treat their customers in the future
