Hidden gem in Olympic Village. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Both the massage and the cupping helped me with my muscle soreness and tightness. Will definitely be back again.

First time facial here, it’s a heavenly experience. Pearl is very good at what she is doing, She took time to make sure the facial was done nicely and her face, neck and shoulder massages are so relaxing. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with MySpa in Yaletown. I picked this spot because it was close to the skytrain and they already had so many great reviews. They were clean, punctual, and friendly. I have sensitive skin and eczema and nothing felt aggravated; I even have two cuts on my leg and they were careful about it. I will definitely revisit when they move to their bigger location in Olympic Village (also near the skytrain!) and I’m even considering their package deal.

spa location is excellent, the treatment room is spacious and clean, very comfortable. Pearl is professional and efficient with her services. Very nice and relaxing experience, I felt asleep for a bit during my facial and scalp massage. The products she used for treatment go well on my face, no greasy sensation afterwards.

The space does not look like the pictures. It was incredibly noisy so it was not possible to relax. But what was worse was being asked five times if I wanted to pay more for more massage minutes. Even when I said no the masseuse started saying I have toxins and tried to sell me cupping. This attempt at making more money from the start made me feel very uncomfortable.

The massage itself was nice. The facial was mediocre. I had tissue on my eyes at one point. There also was no collagen eye treatment that I had paid for.

At the end when I was just dressed and opened the door, the masseuse was ready with her phone at the door to charge me more. She told me there was tax (even though taxes were paid on purchase originally) and she said tip too if you like twice. I felt incredibly awkward and wanted to get out of there so I sent 20$ but she then asked to take a photo of my bank to prove I had sent her 20!!!

So it is inside a hair salon, but they really try to block out the background noise from it. Unfortunately they had to give up their own space during covid and haven't been able to get their own space back. Hence being inside a salon. All that aside, mud wrap was INCREDIBLE. Smelled delicious, and my skin was so soft. And I got a Chinese herbal facial. First facial I ever had that was more that just putting products on and taking them of. The actual face massage was heavenly. Literally floated out the door and down the street. Clean space, comfortable table, nice music, calm lighting. Would recommend to anyone.

Pearl & Yivon were fantastic! They made me feel super comfortable and i really enjoyed the Yivon explaining to me what she was applying before doing so. 10/10 experience! I got the Diamond Dermabrasion and my skin feels soooo good!!
