I recently dined at my thai and had an exceptional experience! The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, making me feel right at home. This restaurant is angry because I gave them a bad review and are claiming I lied. Not true at all. The order was placed under a different name. They just couldn’t handle the honest criticism I gave them. It looks really bad on them.

Ordered from here recently. Food can be good but is extremely inconsistent. My most recent order was done through Skip. When we finally got our food it was cold and had missing items and the items we did get were not cooked properly. When I contacted the restaurant they passed the buck and said to call Skip. When I called Skip, they also passed the buck and said to call the restaurant. The restaurant refused to take ownership for what was clearly their mistake and tried to place the blame solely on Skip when it wasn’t Skip’s mistake. You can’t blame a delivery service for improperly cooked food. It’s like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares in the making. Do better and you’ll do better as a business and not always have an empty parking lot with no customers. If you can’t ensure your food can be delivered at a reasonable temperature and with all the items ordered, don’t offer delivery as an option. Also, something every customer should be aware of is that they have been shut don’t several times due to health code violations. I’m honestly surprised they’re still open with all the issues they’ve had over the years. While it seems like I’m being harsh, honest and real criticism from your customers is the only way change can come about. Do better and you’ll reap the rewards.

Just have to share how amazing My-Thai Brantford is!!!! I have had a very long week. I ordered pickup from them planning for it to be ready when my boyfriend was done work at 6:30 so he could grab it on his way home. Then I realized I misread his schedule and he wasn’t done until 8:30! The food was sitting at the restaurant ready for almost an hour before I realized my mistake. We only have one vehicle so I couldn’t go pick it up. I called the restaurant and explained the situation and asked if there was anyway they could deliver it. They said sure if I was okay with paying a $10 delivery fee which I was more than happy too since it was all my mistake. Then they called me back and said it would take half an hour because they were remaking it for me at no extra charge (besides the delivery fee of course)! That was so unexpected and so sweet of them! I was so upset that I’d messed up so badly and this made my night!!! Thank you to My-Thai!

We had a birthday party of 20 and it was a blast. My-Thai made the day very special for us, tables were already arranged, places for gifts, decorations, and it was very private for the party. Food all came out together and was hot and delicious. Everyone had a great time, could not say enough about the service and experience ❤️ thank-you! I also get takeout every week for the nights we don't want to cook, always amazing!

Restaurant is great! Love the Thai chicken soul! One of the best things on the menu. The chicken satay is also great. Very juicy and not at all dry! Pad Thai is solid.

We got the appetizer platter and really enjoyed the chicken and calamari part. Dips were great we really enjoyed the peanut sauce.

The fresh spring rolls were amazing. The mango chicken was good, not great. Some of the other dishes that my family ordered were pretty similar. They were all pretty good but nothing that stood out. A little on the pricy side based on what you receive and she quality of the food. On a more positive note; the atmosphere is really nice.

Overall a decent place but not amazing.
