My old salon changed ownership post pandemic shutdown and I’ve tried out about nine salons located between Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows.
Nafi Nails on Harris Road is hands down our favourite and will be my daughter’s and my regular salon. We go for shellac manicures and pricing is consistent within the market.
This salon is really clean and I love the ladies that did our nails. They had great file and shaping and painting skillz!

I've been here a couple times now for manicure and pedicure and had a great experience both times. The staff are really friendly and outgoing. Nafi did my nails the last time I went, I've been getting compliments on my nails everywhere I go! I'll definitely be making this my go-to nail salon!

Clean, bright space with talented professionals working their magic! Have been coming here for quite some time and highly recommend all the techs, including Nafi the owner. Everyone is a perfectionist and I’ve never been disappointed!

Booked two pedicures a month prior as we are going on vacation. Arrived 10 minutes before our appointment. 5 minutes after our appointment time I was started but the person I was with was waiting still. The chairs were broken leaving us to hold our purses, the water was luke warm at best, and the tubs had liners in them which was extremely uncomfortable as they kept puffing up. My mom was still waiting 15 minutes after I had been started, she asked if she would be started soon and one of the nail techs said 5 more minutes as the previous appointment wanted a difficult design which made the nail tech late. In the meantime part of her tub broke off and the jets had to be turned off. It was now 25 minutes after and the nail tech my mom should have had was no where near being done her previous appointment. My mom ended up leaving and good thing she did because her nail tech was 45 minutes behind schedule. There was no apology, warning or any communication. We understand things happen but there was no communication or apology. All we were told is that the design was difficult on the person before us. We booked this appointment a month in advance. As for my pedicure I was left with an unclean job, cuticles still as they were and bottoms of my feet with no change. Extremely disappointed. I hope this review allows this business to review their policies and services for improvement in the future.

One of the worst pedis I’ve ever had. The tech may have been new?, but 1. the process hurt!, 2. she filed my toenails down to nubs, and 3. she used the wrong gel color without asking me. (I assume they were out of my desired color and she substituted a dark “fall” color, rather than the bright summer color I’d picked) The only positive I can say is that the gel is evenly applied. However, she spent zero time with the scrub, massage, and pleasant portion of the service. I’ve never had my nails filed down so hard and far that I literally told her to STOP! I should have noticed the incorrect color being applied, but I was so uncomfortable, I just wanted out of there. I didn’t fully notice how short my nails were or the wrong color until I got home and looked. Today, my toes hurt to walk because a few of them are below the quick. Other reviews said this salon was cheaper than others around and that isn’t the case either. I will NOT be going back.
