Saw the great reviews & came here for pedicures with my best friend yesterday; we were BLOWN AWAY at how much we loved this spot!! We're an hour away from here, but will DEFINITELY come back! That's how great the customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail & incredible the atmosphere was! You don't find places like this where not only the owner is so kind and making sure everyone is doing okay, but the fact it's so well priced & has an extensive range of services too; this is a gem of a spot!

You're coming into a beautiful high-end salon that makes you feel like a spa experience that is very well priced. You don't feel rushed, the staff are so kind & really patient. You will leave here feeling so relaxed~

We didn't have appointments, so it was really appreciated that they were equally as kind! They do a very clean & thorough job with cleaning up my toes which I loved (I had my toe colour removed & did a regular nail; they have the option for shellac as well). It's very evident that the staff are well trained at what they do, it shows in their work. I had Tina do my pedicure, she was so kind!

They have a very wide range of colour's to pick from & tons of finishes. I definitely plan to come back to do my nails just because of how many options they have!! It is very impressive at the vast range of nail styles & types that they have; there really is something for everyone.

It was my first time at Nail House Guelph and I’m so happy I went! Hanna was my manicurist and she did an amazing job. It was my first time trying biogel in an almond shape; I showed her a photo of a soft ombré effect and she nailed it perfectly!

They even offered me a drink menu and I chose a coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made me feel truly cared for.

I even took before-and-after photos to show the transformation—from my short nails to how beautiful and elegant they turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back and trusting Hanna with my nails again!

This was my first time at Nail House and I was very impressed. My daughter and I had our nails done together, shellac polish. Very friendly staff. LOTS of color choices. Very clean environment. These are the best nails I've ever had!! I can't stop looking at them! I will be going back absolutely.

Such a cute place! Everything was super aesthetic and clean. They literally have every colour of nail polish you could think of. All the staff were so nice. Queenie took her time with me and I love my nails! It felt like a spa experience rather than just trying to get you out the door. I found my new spot! Only things I didn’t like was the parking situation, really hard to find parking on their street but that’s not their fault.

Asked for this design and Queenie did not disappoint. 100% would highly recommend !!! Book with her, all the staff were great, and you get complimentary beverages while you get your nails done. Will definitely keep coming back for all my nail love !!!

My first time to Nail House! I called ahead to schedule my three appointments and they were able to get everything done in 2 hours! Chrome manicure, pedicure and waxing. Each person was very nice, thorough and made sure I was happy with each step along the way. Definitely recommend Nail House and I will be returning!

UPDATE: I had a great experience speaking to Moon over the phone. She was very understanding and kind- I really appreciate her willingness to listen to my experience. I will be receiving a refund for my service from nail house. As I said in my original post, it was a shame because I genuinely did/do love the outcome of my bio gel set that I got prior to my pedicure. I would still recommend people to go to Nail house Guelph. Thank you so much again.

Wish I could give this a high review because I genuinely loved the final outcome of my nails for my FIRST time being there.

But I had a pedicure on Friday August 22nd with a male nail technician (I'm unsure of the name) and I advised him that I had ingrown toe nails on my big toes. He tried to take them out and it was extremely painful. I've never had a bad experience getting them removed. It genuinely was very sore and I kept saying Ow! To let him know that it was hurting me.

2 days later, I have a bad infection and am now on antibiotics for 10 days. I've also had to have a partial nail avulsion to get the remaining nail out.

Just posting this in hopes that they train their staff better when dealing with someone with ingrown nails.

My cousin got a gift card from here so i decided to try it out with her, got builder gel set by Hanna and absolutely loved, perfect basic set and no surprise charges. 70$ for a new set alongside a complimentary drink and massage. Definitely recommend 🙂 one of my best experiences as someone who used to get her nails done every month.
