I had a wonderful experience at Namaste this week.
I was treated by Chantay, a 90 minute deep tissue massage, hot rocks and cupping. She performed a body scan meditation during the massage that helped me connect to my breath, body, and present moment. It was fantastic. Highly recommended.
I then saw Jessica for a Reiki session, with dowsing rods which was very moving and relaxing. She had a lot of insight and gave me tips for after care.
The atmosphere was welcoming, clean and relaxing.
Thank you ladies! I will be back!

Really love the spa being here a few times, and the atmosphere is calm, refreshing and inviting, however, two out of three visits were amazing one visit the massage. Therapist didn’t know what a deep tissue was, he said there is no such thing as deep tissue or sports massage, it was more of a relaxation massage and I paid for deep tissue.

Got the bliss package today with Pooja, who was lovely and very skilled at what she does! However although I was 15 min early, we didn't start until 15 min after my appointment was set to begin and so the 90 min package was more like 75 minutes.
Also, the headpiece on the table broke off part way through the treatment, causing some neck strain and tensed me up for the remainder of the time. 3/5 stars
Edit: they offered me $15 off of the service I received as an apology, but within that apology they blamed me for the table breaking.
Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning. Poor customer service overall. 2/5 stars

The service was excellent! Alan did an amazing job! He went above and beyond by providing me with suggestion for stretches to help relieve some tension in my muscles! 10/10 will come again!

I decided to go for a last minute massage for one hour. It was the first time meeting Chantay, and she was so amazing that I decided to extend it to 90 minutes. I left feeling refreshed. Thank you so much!!!

I have always enjoyed my time at Namaste. It is a true diamond in the rough for a calm, and beautiful space that holds a healing energy no matter which treatment you choose or intention you set for your time there. Margo is a vessel to a wonderful gift and her biogenesis treatments are a must try for anyone. Pren (the owner) has done a spectacular job with this place over the years.
