It's not the Hilton, but they provide affordable monthly rentals for low income individuals. Great people that do everything they can for the building. The residents there are very friendly and social with others.

Helen was very kind and welcoming. Accepted our dog. Yes its a bit dated and there does seem to be monthly renters. It's clean, and has everything we need. Price was affordable and grounds are lovely. Pool clean. If you want posh, you'll pay for it. We are very pleased with our accommodation. Thank you Helen.

We had tried to find a motel that would take dogs in Napanee and we also wanted one that had some character. The Fox Motor Court or whatever it's called wouldn't take the dog but Helen, the owner of the Napanee Motel, agreed to try it ... she had said the last dog that stayed there peed on the bedspread. At any rate, within an hour she was in love with my dog and extended such friendship that we felt as if we were part of the family. The room was clean, the bed was pretty good and there was a fridge (always handy for travelers). However, we spent the evening sitting on the covered porch with Helen and a few other guests. Her garden at the front is beautiful and inviting and the back, where the pool is, is absolutely lovely. In the morning she offered us coffee before we left and we felt as if we were leaving a friend. All this for under $100.00. With only 8 units, this is more like a family gathering than a motel. If you're going to stay in the room instead of sampling the local culture or meeting the locals, then pay twice as much and go to a characterless "big box" type of accommodation like the Comfort Inn.

Stopped along our trip on motorcycles. Owner gave us cute mini cabin. Super cute and perfect for 2 couples. Comfy bed. Clean. Coffee maker. Microwave. Mini fridge. Picnic table outside with bbq. Pool looks super clean and warm even tho we didn’t use it. Owner super friendly. Had a nice visit with him. Would recommend.

Im an ice fisherman in the greatist area in canada for pickeral.When i asked the owner the cost, She was interested in our stay. When i said we come here on a regular basis,usually when the ice is safe, they both went out of there way to make us not only comfortable, but priced the room reasonable. Even though we said not to worry about coming in to clean in the morning, They insisted on clean linen and towels.I dont know about you, but with the economy the way it is,i appreciate not paying over a hundred dollars a night, but do get a million dollars worth of great service, with a smile.

My family and I stayed here for several days, the rooms were bright, very clean and affordable. The staff were friendly and we felt welcomed. They had an awesom pool in a beautiful garden setting. The motel was close to all amenties, no trouble getting anywhere from here. Mrs. Linda N., Toronto.

Requested a non-smoking room, got a room that smelled heavily of smoke. Furniture in room smelled like smoke. Bed sheets were sticky, towels were old, torn and stained. Microwave was dirty, there were no phones, no internet access and cell phone service does not work well in area. Nicest thing was the pool. As other reviewers commented, I was also charged more than originally quoted on the phone.

I'll never got to this motel again I suggest you dont ethier!. We ended up else where due too the ignorant owner their not to mention the nasty drunks hanging around the place!!.... Went in and asked about monthly rates for a single person. Suddenly this old grouch rushed out the door next to me and states 900! So I politely asked "simply" why so high and she flipped her bird!"that's just what we charge!!" So i asked about lower prices and be for o could finish. She laughs and yell at me! "Are you kiding!!! get out get out !! |||| You call that service!!
