Carlin is the absolute best! We always leave our massages feeling relaxed and amazing! She always listens to our concerns and does a great job of relieving tension and discomfort by applying the perfect amount of pressure. Overall great experience!

Wonderful massage with Carlin. I came in primarily for a relaxation massage to focus on a couple problem areas. I inquired about a recent ankle sprain to see if massage may speed the healing process and I am blown away by how much better it feels after just 2 sessions. Carlin has such a great energy and her techniques made her stand out from any other RMT I've seen. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. 15/10 Would recommend.

I received a phone call at 5am on my cell Monday morning to cancel a massage scheduled for 9am the same day -cancelled within 4 hours of my scheduled appointment.
If a patient cancels within 24 hours of an appointment we are still charged the full cost of the treatment. There is nothing holding practitioners accountable to their clients.

I had a prenatal RMT massage with Carlin, she was wonderful and focused on the areas I requested with care and the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling very relaxed and have already booked my follow up. Will definitely be going regularly.

I had an RMT massage with Kiana and it was amazing! She was so passionate about my issues for coming in and was able to hit all the spots that were bothering me. I left feeling much better and also have some new exercises to take home.

They’ve cancelled my appointment the same day. I got an email it was canceled with no reason at all so I called the office to confirm because it could just be a glitch. Receptionist said there was no note why it was canceled and didn’t even offer to rebook it. Very unprofessional. I’ve already arranged childcare just to attend my appointment and then they will cancel it the same day.
Not the first time they did it.

Sadly, I have to write a negative review, something I do not do often. I booked my initial appointment with this clinic for an RMT appointment. I arrived slight early in hopes that we could discuss my issues and get my appointment started on time. I wasn't allowed in the office until the start of my appointment. We spoke for 5-10 minutes prior to the massage starting, which I expected would happen. However I was left on the table for another 5-10 minutes waiting for the RMT to enter and start my treatment. I've never encountered a wait time like that in all my years receiving RMT therapy. Additionally, the table was far to small for my height (5'11), so I felt very uncomfortable. The pressure of the massage was very light, and her hands were freezing cold. I was left laying there hoping it would end, as it was such an awful, ineffective treatment. I had future appointments booked, and I subsequently cancelled. I have rebooked with another clinic in hopes of a better experience.

I see Gavin Larson for my treatments. Gavin bases your treatments around what is bothering you, but will also focus of the rest of the body as well. I always feel relaxed and calm at the end of each session. Gavin is such a knowledgeable and charismatic guy. I always look forward to seeing him and hearing his fun facts and words of wisdom. Thanks for looking after me this past year, here’s so many more!
