Nectar was pure paradise. The attention to every detail, from the welcome tour delivered by Karen (the owner’s mom), to the beautiful cabins, the amazingly thoughtful breakfasts and amazing yoga teachers made this retreat truly spectacular. The added bonus of free time to explore Bowen made this break away from everyday life, everything you could ask for. We will be back.

I am still glowing after this phenomenal three day yoga retreat at Nectar. The yoga instructors were excellent and I was so impressed with how well curated everything is - the common areas and bedrooms were immaculate and peaceful, delicious breakfasts and so many thoughtful touches around the property to encourage peaceful reflection. I felt well taken care of and was able to let go a lot of the grief and stress that I've been holding for a long time. It was an incredibly nourishing experience. Thank you Andrea and your amazing staff - cannot thank you enough!

Nectar was a wonderful experience for my friends and I. We stayed in the Amethyst cabin, and it was spotless with so much attention to detail. The lovely teas, products, very comfortable beds, the view of the trees from the large windows. We saw Nectar’s resident barn owl which was a lovely surprise too. The breakfasts are delicious and quite decadent, and the yoga classes in the fireplace heated dome were very relaxing. I don’t practice yoga regularly, and it was fine for me to take breaks, and do what I could. Andrea (owner) is a gifted yoga practitioner and teacher. Don’t think twice about booking.

I visited Nectar Yoga Retreat for the second time end of February, and once again, I had a fabulous stay. The property is so beautiful, with so much nice greenery and attention to detail. I stayed in the Quartz Cottage and loved it. It's spacious, cozy and stocked with everything you need. The food at Nectar is so healthy, delicious and hearty - loved the breakfast. The dome where you do yoga sessions is beautiful as well and very relaxing. I did 3 different yoga sessions, all with different instructors and I really enjoyed them all, especially Andrea's session. ||This time round, I booked a session at Mist Thermal Sanctuary which is right on the same property as Nectar, and it was divine! I would 100% recommend that you book it, and it is steps away from the cottages. I felt so refreshed and relaxed after my session.||I loved my stay so much that I will definitely be back again, and cannot wait!

I joined one of Nectar’s Yoga Experiences this spring; it was a dream come true.

If you’ve been yearning for a place that will allow you to practice yoga while immersed in nature, look no further.

From the small and cozy accommodations (or larger and luxurious, if desired) — to the delectable but healthy breakfasts lovingly created by their fantastic chefs — every aspect has been thoughtfully designed to encourage guests to soften and slow down.

It was lovely to be able to practice in the geodesic dome daily. As someone slightly mysophobic, I appreciated the cleanliness of the props they graciously offer; I didn’t miss my own. Having the talented Andrea as our teacher on Saturday morning felt so special I would attend her classes regularly if only she held them!

I flew solo this time but will happily return with loved ones in the future. Nectar is perfect for those looking for solace but ultimately an oasis meant to be shared.

Nectar was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The space is as beautiful as it seems - it felt like an instant reset for my nervous system upon walking in. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the rooms were exceptionally cute and comfortable. Yoga classes in the dome felt so special - every teacher was amazing and gave really great cues. As someone who is just re-entering my yoga practice after years away, I found it very approachable for my abilities and they also offered more variations for more advanced folks. The breakfasts were so delicious and nourishing. I cannot wait to come back!

Had an amazing experience here for the 2 night yoga retreat package in one of the A frame cabins. Everyone was lovely, the yoga and meditation practices were exactly what I needed to unplug from the chaotic city life. The facilities were beautiful and quiet, nestled in what feels like the middle of the forest but it was a quick 7 minute drive to town. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing weekend away.

What a truly beautiful place to spend time, I am endlessly thankful for my stay at nectar. It was so beautiful located on a beautiful property. The owner is extremely kind, her mother whom I also interacted with was so proud. Their line of shower products to use were so nice. All the yoga classes were lovely, in a beautiful space. The breakfasts were some of the best I have ever had! Overall truly amazing place to relax.
