My husband went to New Orleans last night to pick up pizza because our son was having friends over. We are both eating keto but were having a weak day. Thankfully we don't have to cheat when eating at New Orleans as they have a cauliflower crust. The owner went above and beyond, was lovely and helpful and, of course, the pizza was delicious. Thanks so much!

The store is run down dirty and gross, needs a serious cleaning and Reno.

The pizza was burnt and no edible, The girl working is rude, I asked her not to stack my pizza slices as I hate when they get soggy and messy plates due to stacking.

She said “the pizza must leave there in a plate it’s their rules”

I said I want the plates, just don’t stack them again she said” it’s our policy”.

Respectfully shove your policy where the sun doesn't shine, if the customer asks not to stack the slices DONT STACK THEM!! And surprise. By stacking them half the toppings stuck to the plate see picture below

I laughed so hard when she told me not to come back, I would never go back. Only reason I stopped in first place cause I was driving and hadn’t eaten all day

Stopped here while passing through town. Pizza really good and cheap, paid $7 for a medium pepperoni pizza. Fast service, walked in and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Their garlic dip is really good to. Friendly and clean environment. Would recomend and would stop here again on way to my trailer. Thanks for the good pizza!

Their pizza used to be good, but the last three times I’ve been, they’ve given me raw pizza. They said they changed the dough? Have requested double baked and extra cooked and has been raw each time. Not going back.

The server was quite snappy when I questioned paying over $50 for 3 large and said it was what they charge around here, she knew I was from out of town (somehow)
So I was like whatever no time for this so I paid and got my pizza, had to get going.
But seriously this is a franchise that should have same prices within the same province.
Why toy with me lady and please play nice in customer service it's essential!
3 stars only because the pizza was good and almost tasted like the gold I paid for it!

HORRIBLE! I didn't even order the pizza because the worker had the worst attitude I have ever heard in my life. I can't believe she still has a job in customer service.
We ordered from Godfathers pizza instead. I suggest if you don't want to be barked at, talked down too, cut off and hung up on... You should do the same and order from somewhere else.

I am an 11 year old boy who in town at a hockey tournament. We went here for lunch. Hands down, the worst looking and tasting pizza I have ever had. The pizza sauce looked brown, the dough was soggy and it did not taste like pizza at all! I will never return to this New Orleans ever again.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had attempting to order pizza. The Woman working had the worst attitude I've ever heard over the phone. She was outright and outspokenly proud of her terribly rude behaviour, was even kind enough to shout her name through the phone at us.

We keep our trailer in Hanover and thank God we were treated this way because we discovered Godfathers pizza and it will be our Friday night pizza place, for us and the rest of the campground
