Karl is very knowledgeable and cares more about solving your underlying problems than just addressing the symptoms. For my first appointment, he gave me the option of getting a massage, but we ultimately spent all our time trying exercises and designing a routine to help build up strength in my weak areas that caused my back and knee pain.

His background as a strength coach and his knowledge of anatomy makes him a much better resource than any previous massage therapist. He's helped me understand what's going wrong with my knee and taught me how to improve my posture by correcting my muscle imbalances by developing my lats.

I highly recommend his services!

Very knowledgeable and professional therapist using multiple techniques to get to root of issues and not just addressing the symptom. I have been working with Karl for a few years now, whenever I am in NL. One of the best therapist I have worked with for on going head, neck and shoulder issues.

Excellent service. Karl is extremely knowledgeable and thinks about the bigger picture. He not only focuses on what hurts, but also on how you hurt it, and methods and techniques to use in your life to prevent further injury. He pulls on occupational, physio and massage therapy techniques to solve your unique problem. Gold star, happy face sticker from me.

I can’t say enough about the benefits of this service. Karl is extremely knowledgeable and invested in sharing his expertise with his clients in order to help them become self sufficient in preventing and addressing the problem themselves in the future. I’ve learned so much from just three sessions with him in how to properly lift and protect from future injuries. His knowledge and skill is not only impressive in massage therapy , but he delivers his service in a way of teaching the proper biomechanics and ways for us to transfer this learning outside of his sessions. It is like a massage, physio , OT and strengths coach all rolled into one!! Definitely highly recommend!!!

Karl is a reliable person with professional skills. He can find which part of my body is hurt precisely, and he even gave advice about insurance, want to save my money. The time with him is like working out with friends, not at the clinic.

Women should not go here. Very creepy and push’s limits to see what he can get away with. If you want a male version of a r&t or getting offered hard drugs then maybe you would like this creep. Men do not let your misses go here. Notice the Icelandic names for reviews and a 1 star review was paid off to be deleted. Buddy should not be a registered RMT. Shameful and scary. I cannot be the only one. Hope other women come forward to shut this down

I struggled with severe back pain and Karl sorted me out. I tried chiropractor, physio therapy and convential massage but he investigated the source of the problem and got me walking again.
