AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
After leaving my Airbnb review, the host responded with a blatant lie that I was trying to knock the price down.

I was being yelled at with a couple minutes of entering the establishment. It was the most negative experience I've ever had with any business. I can't fathom to understand why there are so many 5 star reviews here. You're better off to sleep in a running car.

The interaction with the hostess began immediately negative. It was agreed to hit a reset button, and things improved moving forward.

Felt asthmatic for the first time in over 20 years when heating vents were active. I am allergic to cats and dust mites. Unsure of what the trigger was.

Had issues with balancing hot and cold water in shower. Bathroom and kitchen are common areas with about 6 other guests. Iron and board is listed as an amenity, but a 2x2' mat and a dirty unit from the 70s is not ample.

People who are intolerant of cohabitating with smokers should move on. I was voluntarily penny pinching. Looking back I would have paid more for something better.

Great place to stay if your looking for an alternative to hotels. The rooms are clean an the home is cozy. The owners are there to help you with any requests or questions you have. Would definately recommend this place.

Staying at the guest house was a different and cheaper option than staying in another hotel in the area. |The house looks a little rough on the outside but the inside is very clean and well kept. It is a bit of an older house with lots of character. |The facilities offered are very convenient, full use of kitchen and laundry included in room price. |The owners are very helpful and friendly but linger a bit to chat about anything with guests. |If you're looking for a cheap stay in the Edmonton area, especially if you are waiting for a flight, this would be a good option for you.

Thats what happen i did book a room at this place when i arrive the drive way was full of snow and limited Parking spots and the house. Was very dirty . And nasty 🤮 it’s waisting money

I have not stayed with a nicer couple. While they don't live here they greeted me once I arrived. When the husband saw the state of the rental I had (it had driven across Canada) he washed it and used his shop vac!! The wife called the cab company and arrnaged a pick up since I had an early morning flight. I could not have asked for a better pair, and it was the nicest gesture I have been given, and I've travelled quite a few places around the world!

Roe and Scott are so very helpful and Genuine.. This is my home away from home when I am at work and you couldn't ask for better hosts. They are sincerely interested and invested into your stay. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as effortless as possible. Love this place.

By far the worst i have ever stayed in. They had mice while i was there. Heating issues where the rooms heat would never turned off. It was very dusty making it hard to breath combined with the heat. I had them store some of my things which they had went through and took what they wanted. Which was alot in value!!! During my stay i watched how Row would be there all day and night doing house chores like her kids and husband's laundry every morning. Not cleaning that's to do with the suits.
Which by all means should be done in their home just up the road. From taking up the kitchen use from renters to tying up the washing machine all day. Her and her kids are there all day playing with toys litered in the kitchen floor and counters, which is very small. With one shared bathroom for all 5 rooms including the closet they rent out. Fyi the kids a peeping tom. More than once he tried to walk into the bathroom while the door was shut and no discipline was done... They're obnoxiously dirty and loud af in the early am. They have security cameras which Row hides in a side room creeping & spying on the people all day. A tenant had misplaced money on the counter and instead of looking at the cameras or asking the people they said nothing, kept quiet and refused to check the cameras. Which on their site pages shows no security cameras... They even had a little Philippino girl staying in an addic crawl space on the second floor, paying almost enough for a full room!! Imagine a half sized closed that isn't even 4 feet up, crawl space as a bedroom. Truly sickening they would do this to a person let alone a person new to our country. Found out they conned her into paying for utility bills ta boot.. I can't even begin to explain how much of a crook this family is in sucha Short amount of text space. They pay friends to put up positive reviews. Don't fall for the scam. The house is incredibly old and for the price you can literally rent an apartment for less than what they charge a month. So any extended stays are far from worth it. when you have to rent the B&B with the owners living in it smh. Theres no continental breakfast, and dealing with the owners around you from sunnrise to sun set is uncomfortable. so for around 100+ a night it is not worth a dime let alone anywhere near that price. I recommend any otherplace but here!!!!!!
