I recently had my wedding dinner at Northern Lights Estate Winery, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—and every guest raved about it. The servers were excellent, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making everyone feel welcome and well cared for. The service throughout the evening was seamless, and the Director of Events was a dream to work with—always prompt in answering emails, accommodating to every request, and genuinely warm and personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making our special day unforgettable.

Situated just outside the city, this venue is perfect for those seeking a great meal paired with fine wine, all while immersed in a beautiful natural setting. With exceptional food, wine, service, and presentation, it’s a destination that should not be missed.

Had an incredible meal here during a date day out where we tried a little of everything on the menu just about and we were blown away by how good everything was.

The menu seems very thoughtfully curated where everything pairs well with everything and the tastes of each of the wines in our flights were divine with the variety of flavours on the charcuterie board. We had the calamari as a starter too which was phenomenal. We also got bang bang tofu bowl with added prawns and the spicy Italian stack with a Caesar salad.

For dessert, we chose the rich and chocolatey brownie topped with berries and served warm with ice cream on the side, a chilled bottle of the bumbleberry wine, and some cold brew coffees. Not to mention Doug and Yannick accommodating needing to reschedule due to illness. 10/10, probably the best experience we’ve had. Even got a beautiful pair of earrings on our way out.

Dropped in for a tasting and we're treated to a bottle of bumble berry wine. The wine was a full-bodied but not too sweet. The staff was very helpful and the view of the river was awesome sitting on the patio without a cloud in the sky. Watching the river jet boats have fun. The perfect day to visit family and get some vitamin D.

While this is a beautiful venue for a wedding, it is NOT really handicapped accessible. You have to push a wheelchair over a long stretch of grass (tough!) and then get the person out of the chair to cross a pebble path, and then back into the chair to get to the event space. And if there is need of a washroom, you would have to retrace your route as there are only stairs to the building from the lower arbour.

On Saturday evening a group of gals thoughouly enjoyed a lovely time applies and dinners were very good and the different wines we chose were great. Lovely setting. Then we all couldn't leave without a stop at the wine shop all of us picking our favorites to take home.. Honey Berry was a major winner. Thank you see you again. Velda
