A bit on the expensive side for what you get. For over 150 a night I was expecting more up to date bathroom fixtures, the shower worked well enough and the hot water came immediately. The free breakfast was very good.
Too expensive for me to return.

I stayed here at the end of a long road trip across North America on my way to Haida Gwaii. I got good at finding great independently run inns on a budget along the way. I stayed at some real gems along the way. I thought this was one. I called ahead to a few different places in town and this one said budget friendly on Google and it indeed had the best price. A week later when I was reviewing my visa statement I saw that I was charged twice what I was quoted. When I called to inquire how that happened I was told that that their phones are bad and I must have misheard. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that there was no manager and that the owners were not in town and could not be reached. It all seems fishy to me. Be careful.

At the original price quoted it would have been a great value. At the price I was charged it was one of the most expensive inns in town. I never would have stayed there for that price. Its rooms are not premium, but adequate. Not worth what I was charged.

Very nice rooms, very nice showers. Comfortable beds and free breakfast. Big tv and cold AC. Good parking and very close to down town. Just about 6 kms away. Restaurants and liquor stores, gas stations and just about anything you need. Walmart is just around the corner.

This place has gone down hill in a hurry under new ownership. Unhappy staff. High prices. Poor quality. Poor internet. Poor TV package. Not happy with this place anymore! Now they are charging drivers $20 just to have a shower. They are bringing in all foreign workers and pushing long term employees out. Terrible atmosphere!

Friendly service, cosy and quiet stay. Enjoyed the modern room with updated shower and sink.
It was nice to enjoy breakfast without leaving the building. No elavator, so the stairs were an inconvenience with a bunch of luggage but if
staying for a quick overnight it’s not too bad.
Highly recommended.

Went in for breakfast. Walked in the back side door. Went to the till to give the curtousy to the server and allow her to seat us where she wanted.
NOT the case "youll have to wait for another person to serve you, im busy with them"

No customer service.
So we left and will continue our patronage to the Thornhill pub from now on. They have veteran parking there. I will continue to attend your annual Veteran lunch. But that is it.
Until service changes.

Staff treated me like family.
Manager went out of his way to get me to airport. The food was perfectly prepared. The breakfast I had was out of this world. 2 eggs with bacon ham cut up mixed in with the potato cut hash browns covered in hollandaise sauce so good.
