Brie did my hair color ,balayage as I asked for .and I absolutely love my new hair look .she was wonderfully professional,friendly and thought provoking and compent in her profession. She was also my Brows tech, and did a wax,thread and tint.
I have very sensitive skin and it was my first time ,I had no any skin problems !

I originally booked an appointment because Nova is close to home (and I could book online), but I keep going back because of Brie. She is truly a waxing wizard! No one has ever shaped my brows like she does.

I’ve tried it all—Sephora brow bars, salons, at-home salons, upscale spas—you name it. They’ve done a decent job, but I’ve never been blown away... until Brie.

Why Brie is a game-changer:
1. She’s incredibly gentle. I usually leave brow appointments red from cheeks to forehead—but not with Brie. I barely feel a thing, and there’s hardly any redness when she’s done.
2. The results speak for themselves. My brows look flawless without needing any touch-ups. No penciling, no taming—just perfect brows from the moment I wake up.

I haven’t had a chance to try her other waxing services yet, but based on my experience, I already know they’ll be just as amazing.

Ashley is absolutely phenomenal. She listens thoroughly to what cut and colour you want and always checks in with you. I’ve seen Ashely twice now for cut and colour and both times I have been in love with my hair. She’s a master at her craft!!!!

I went for the first time today to Nova Salon and met with Bre. She was wonderful right from the start warm and welcoming. I was completely changing my look and she listened intently and went over my photos carefully with me, giving some suggestions of how we could get my best, most favourable outcome that I would be happy with. As she was doing my hair she let me know what she was doing so I knew what was going on. I am thrilled with my hair! It is gorgeous and even better than I expected! I will be coming back to Bre from now on for all my hair services. I highly recommend her for cut, colors and highlights. She also does waxing which I haven’t done yet. Brought my 6 year old daughter there for a professional hair cut and to add layers etc as she only had trims before. They did an amazing job. Her hair looked amazing and the shape is great. Victoria did a great job cutting and the rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10. Would 100% recommend

Great experience. My daughter wanted a “Salon” experience for the first time with a wash, cut and style. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Friendly over the phone. When we arrived they were so sweet with my daughter. Unfortunately the “wash” was not communicated to the stylist cutting her hair. The cut was great, and she curled her hair which my daughter LOVED. But she was too shy to ask about it the wash. She was so looking forward to it. I ended up asking, and they were so gracious. Even though her stud list left for the day, another stylist (Bre, who also did my wax and Tint! She was amazing) happily took my daughter to the sink and gave her a great wash and restyled her hair.

While I waited for her cut I got an eyebrows wax and tint. LOVE the tint and will absolutely be going back.
